Game update coming tomorrow



Tomorrow a patch will be installed to all servers.

* Arena victories are now rewarded with Arena Champion Coupons (limit — 50 per day). These can be exchanged with the Bookmaker for weapons and useful buffs (see below).

Buffs similar to clan base buffs have been added. Their effects are approximately 70% of the base buffs and do not stack with them.
Buffs can be exchanged with the Bookmaker NPC for Arena Champion Coupons:

* "Chunky" Cocktail: +40 bullet resistance — 35 Coupons
* "Master" Cocktail: +150 explosion resistance, +40 health — 40 Coupons
* Morphine Shot: +6 HP/sec, removes intoxication — 40 Coupons
* "Sprinter" Cocktail: +14 stamina regeneration — 30 Coupons
Available at the Workbench:
* "Jaeger" Cocktail: +60 melee damage resistance
* Herbal Brew: +40 melee damage resistance
* "Hercules": +40 kg carry weight
* "Tonic": +20 kg carry weight
All of the above items are *non-personal* — they can be traded or sold to other players for silver.

The following weapons and attachments are also available from the Bookmaker for Arena Champion Coupons:

* FN F2000 Assault Rifle — 3000 Coupons
* Taurus Hunter 460 Revolver — 2000 Coupons
* M110 Sniper Rifle — 2000 Coupons
* FN F2000 Underbarrel Grenade Launcher — 500 Coupons
* Taurus Hunter Optical Sight — 800 Coupons
All of the above weapons can be restored.

A Premium Subscription has been added (available for 30, 90, 180, or 360 days):

* x2 silver from quests and x2 experience from killing mutants and completing quests
* 40% discount on repairs from NPCs
* 50% discount on guide/fast-travel services
* +20% silver when selling artifacts and mutant parts to the trader
* Buying a 180-day subscription gives 1 Premium Coupon; a 360-day subscription gives 2. These can be exchanged with the Bookmaker for attachments or paint kits
* XP Pills, Journals, and Spark no longer give bonus experience. As compensation, all players will automatically receive 10 days of Premium upon first login after the update
* All Premium Subscriptions are tradable items — they can be given or sold to other players for silver.
ATTENTION! After purchasing the Premium Subscription item, be it from the store or from other players, you must ACTIVATE it by right-clicking on it. The Premium will not work unless activated.

* Reward suits available from the Bookmaker for Premium Fighter Coupons have been revised. Their stats match the KB-M2 suit (30-day version):

* "Kid" Suit
* "Horse" Suit
* "Ghillie" Suit
* "Predator" Suit

* Free fast-travel has been removed from the "Chem Burial Site" base. Instead, 100 units of gasoline are now provided daily

* The weight buff at "The Mine" Settlement base has been reduced from 100 kg to 60 kg

* Health and stamina indicators have been fixed and expanded; a premium icon has been added

* New quests for premium bolts are available from the NPC "Trader"

* Fixed several issues linked to client crashes

* Character menu redesigned

Fiend Hunting



Stalkers!

This Wednesday, May 21, special mutants called "Elderly Fiends" will appear in the Zone.
A reward of 1,000 gold will be granted for killing each one.
Fiends spawn at random locations across the Zone, outside of safe zones, base territories, and fortifications. There will be 6 per server, and no more than one can appear in the same location.
The event will start at 19:00 on the RU server and at 19:15 on both Steam servers. All event times are Moscow time.

Project Roadmap: “Anomaly Zone”
For the coming months
This document outlines our key plans — what will be changed, improved, and added to the game.
We don’t promise strict deadlines, but we are focused on sustainable development — without rollbacks or temporary fixes.

Key Objectives (Top Priority)

1. In-Game Economy and Market
We are launching a full-fledged player trading system via a trading board instead of sitting NPCs. Exchanges, buyback prices, guide services, and ammo trader prices will be reworked. This will be done step by step, with analysis and adjustments after each phase.

2. Balance, Bugs, Lags
Improving gameplay and eliminating critical bugs is a constant effort. We know how important this is to the overall experience, so these fixes — from reload lags to server instability — are being made continuously. Weapon and armor rebalance will also be carried out gradually, based on data and statistics.

3. Platform Updates
Migration to modern DirectX versions. Physics updates. All platform improvements will run in parallel in the background.

4. PvE Mechanics Expansion
It’s no secret that the current state of the game leans heavily toward PvP players and factions. One of our top priorities is rebalancing this and introducing meaningful content for solo players and newcomers.

5. Anti-Cheat
A fair game is the foundation of trust. We will continue to improve anti-cheat systems across all servers.

6. A NEW SERVER is being prepared for launch.
It’s not a “Reborn” or “Old” — it’s a full relaunch of the project and a chance for everyone to start fresh. Some improvements will be introduced gradually through patches.

What to Know About the New Server:

* It will launch on a 64-bit base from the start
* It will feature an improved built-in anti-cheat system
* It will receive ongoing updates alongside existing servers
* Existing servers will remain active and continue to receive updates
* Flag capture mechanics and respawns at temporary campfires will be reworked
* The donation system will be restarted. The roulette and time-limited donation items will be removed. Some formerly time-limited items will become available for gold currency. Top-tier gear will be obtained through gameplay via exchanges. Basic gear will be available for silver.
* Experience pills, journals, and other “pay-to-win” mechanics will be removed. M2 weapons, clan-exclusive gear and armor will also be phased out.

Mid-Term Objectives (Second Priority)

1. Entry and Registration
These processes will be simplified, lowering the barrier to entry and preparing for the influx of new players.

2. Player-to-Player Trading
Item and currency exchange between players will be introduced as a continuation of the market reform.

Deferred but Not Forgotten (Long-Term Outlook)

1. Tutorials and Starting Zone
Newcomers deserve a clear and welcoming start. However, investing time and resources here will only be effective once the online player base and economic systems are stable.

2. Website and UI
The visual appearance of the project — from the landing page to in-game interfaces — will be improved.

FINAL PRINCIPLE
First — foundation: fairness, stability, economy
Then — convenience: onboarding, exchanges, growth
Finally — polish: website, tutorials
All of this will be implemented step by step. No rush, no rollbacks.
