Good news: we have finally found the cause of FPS problems and we are currently working to eliminate it.
However, the problem is quite a large-scale one, so the solution will take some time. We cannot tell you the exact time of completion because, as it is, we do not know it ourselves. But we want you to know this is our top priority and we are working on it.
After we solve the problem, we will do our best to make it worth your while - a compensation will be in order.

Also, we changed the procedure of characters transfer between servers. Please contact Tech Support for detail.

Based on your feedback regarding the latest big update, we made a few changes in the game.

- Revised M2 Clan Armor Restoration. It now requires fewer items, so the total cost of restoration reduced by about a half.
- Revised Dark Stalker armor restoration. It now requires cheaper items, so the total cost of restoration reduced by about a quarter.
- Revised the chance of getting Sevener and Cerberus armor from the Dam

Besides, we temporarily removed Cerberus armor from the Tunnels of Vesuvius.

The servers are now up and open for players.
