1. Fixed a few localization errors.
   
   
2. Encoded videos for playback on SteamDeck.
   
   
3. Small bug fixes.
   
   
4. Created a "previousversion" beta that hosts the previous version of the game in case you run into issues due to an update. To access this go to your Steam Library, Right click Scene Investigators, Properties, Betas, and select previous version from the drop down. (This is mainly so you can still play the game while we work on a fix, do please report any bugs you run into.)

1. Added support for the following resolutions:
   
   • 3440x1440
     
   • 4096x2160
     
   • 5120x1440
     
   • 5120x2160
     
   Please let us know if you find any issues with UI scaling in these resolutions. We can't guarantee that everything will look perfect, but we will try to make the experience as smooth as possible.
   
   
2. Fixed Camera issues with native ultrawide resolutions.
   
   
3. Added Skip buttons to some parts of the intro.
   
   
4. Fixed Video Issues on certain devices (not Steam deck). Hoping that this fixes certain crashes that players were having when loading the Preliminary Trial, keep us updated.
   
   
5. Fixed game freezing on [ESC] on certain phones.
   
   
6. Other minor issues

Hello, aspiring investigators!

As we approach the end of Q3, you’re likely wondering why Scene Investigators has not announced an exact release date yet. Unfortunately, we are posting this update to inform you of a minor delay in release!

Although our goal was to release during Q3, some critical development processes required to achieve the quality we are aiming for are taking longer than anticipated. We have tried our best to make the previously announce release window and held off on announcing a delay with the hope of not needing to. Alas, the time has come to make it official: Scene Investigators is launching in early Q4.

We deeply apologize for this delay and any inconvenience caused. We are incredibly grateful for your patience and hope you will enjoy the game when it releases!
