Sleek, fast, and sure to turn heads, the Akhal-Teke has officially arrived on Desktop.[/p][p]With roots in the desert and a reputation for endurance, this breed is known for its athletic build and signature golden shimmer. Whether you’re racing or just showing off in the pasture, the Akhal-Teke brings both style and strength.[/p][p][/p][p]It’s not just a pretty face either. [/p][h2]Traits![/h2][p][/p][p]Our last update introduced the first-ever trait to the desktop version: the Long Mane trait. In this update, we’re excited to introduce another trait, the Crystal Coat, which arrives with the Akhal-Teke. Just like the Long Mane, the Crystal Coat is a visual trait that gives horses a sleek, glossy finish that helps them stand out. This trait can be acquired on any horse and can be stacked with the Long Mane Trait.  [/p][p]And thats not all, Traits can now be toggled on and off in the Horse Creator screen and are also now visible on the horse info screen

Get ready to gallop to an epic new area. Welcome to the Golden Dunes
[/p][p]This beautiful desert landscape features winding village streets and distinctive clay buildings full of character. Soft golden sand dunes stretch out across the horizon, creating a warm and open setting. Along the paths, palm trees and desert greenery offer welcome shade as you ride. A peaceful oasis provides a quiet spot to pause and take in the view. It’s a sunlit, inviting place that’s perfect for relaxed rides and stunning photo opportunities.[/p][p]

A brand new addition to photo mode has landed in Rival Stars Horse Racing Desktop Edition.

We’ve added a feature that lets you advance time at a slower pace while in camera mode, making it easier than ever to capture that perfect mid-jump shot, your horse galloping through the Golden Dunes or a serene moment by the oasis. [/p][h2]More Patterns![/h2][p][/p][p]The Akhal-Teke arrives with a whole new set of Patterns! You’ll find 20 brand new options to explore in the horse creator, so next time you’re customising, take a look, you might spot something new.

In this update, we’re adding not just one but two new breeds! If you’ve been paying attention to our posts recently, you will have seen us teasing the Mustang breed, but if you looked a little closer, you might’ve spotted another familiar pattern starting to appear in the background. Yep, that’s the Appaloosa, and alongside the Mustang, they’re ready to join your stables.

Mustang [/h3][p]
The Mustang is built for adventure. With the stamina to roam and the speed to keep other horses on their toes, it's a great fit for all kinds of disciplines. And while it can dominate Flat Racing or charge through steeplechase, it's just as comfortable tackling the rugged trails of Canyon Falls. Whether you're out exploring or just soaking up the view, the Mustang brings bold energy wherever it goes.

Long Mane [/h3][p] We can't bring the Mustang to desktop without including its iconic Long Mane.

Mustang horses have a high chance of having a long mane, and this mane has a chance to be passed down to foals of all different breeds[/p][h3]
Appoloosa [/h3][p]
Surprise! The Appaloosa is also joining the stables alongside the mustang [/p][p]This striking breed is now available in Rival Stars Horse Racing. Known for its unique spotted coat and calm, friendly nature, the Appaloosa has earned a special place in the hearts of riders around the world. Known for their gentle temperament, Appaloosas are just as comfortable on the race track as they are in the show ring or on the trails.

[/h2][p]The Dun dilution is now available in the horse creator. This new Dilution adds more range to how your horses can look, with some subtle differences in tone and shading. We can’t wait to see the horses you create with it.

We’ve added a couple of quality of life changes to improve your experience. First up, you can now rotate your horse in both the horse details menu and the horse creator. Whether you're checking out a new pattern, reviewing your customisation choices, or just admiring your horse, you can now see it from every angle.

There’s also a new settings button on the save file selection screen. This lets you adjust things like graphics, controls, or audio before loading into the game, so everything’s set up how you want it right from the start[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p]
