There are 2 known purchase issues with our system at the moment regarding our APPs (Google and Apple). We want to extend awareness for this issue as we still have yet to be able to fix it.

1. Purchases through Google and Apple have a chance to go into a pending state defined by the platform, when this occurs our system is not notified of this state therefor once the purchase is verified by the platform you do not get the coins you purchased.

Solution - Reach out to me through Discord with your Google or Apple receipt and I will be sure to correct this issue and ensure you get your purchase.

2. Some users are informed on Google and Apple that they cannot purchase a coin pack because they already own it.

Solution - You can still conduct purchases on steam as this system operates differently.
