Apex Legends Revenant glitch causing chaos in Flashpoint LTM

Apex Legends' Unshackled Event has seen Flashpoint return to Olympus as an LTM. This mode isn't easy, replacing all healing items with several healing zones at fixed points across the map. If you're struggling with the lack of healing on offer, we suggest switching out to Revenant for a while. Why? One Reddit user has discovered an Apex Legends Revenant glitch that allows him to heal, while being invulnerable, in Flashpoint.

'RossBobSquirrel', a Redditor known for uncovering exploits and Easter eggs in Apex Legends, has shared a clip confirming that Revenant can heal in a Flashpoint Zone during a match of Flashpoint while benefiting from the Death Protection bonus you get from using his Death Totem ultimate ability.

Why is this a big deal? Well, usually, players with this Death Protection buff active can't use any healing items and, when they die, they are returned to the Death Totem with a maximum of 50 health. With the constant healing of a Flashpoint Zone, it's clear to see why this would make winning a fight with a Revenant and his squad with Death Protection near-impossible.

Apex Legends Season 13 teasers hint at arrival of huge sea monster

Apex Legends is just getting weirder and weirder - and we love it. We're still weeks away from the Apex Legends Season 13 release date, but that hasn't stopped Respawn Entertainment from teasing what's coming to the popular battle royale shooter on social media. There are a lot of questions that still need answering, but fans think that the latest Apex Legends Season 13 teasers hint at the arrival of a monstrous sea monster - that'll sure make the Apex Games a little more interesting, won't it?

Last month, eagle-eyed Apex Legends players started spotting towering Leviathans wading in the waters around Storm Point - the latest map to be released. 'NamelessWinters' shared a screenshot on ApexUncovered, a subreddit focused on Apex Legends' teasers and leaks.

This isn't the first time players have seen Leviathans stomping around an Apex Legends map, but the recent teasers suggest that something a lot bigger is on the horizon. With a fast-moving anomaly on the scanners and huge underwater seismic activity readings, they might just be right.

Apex Legends dev shares fix for error code temp-banning players

Respawn Entertainment is always tweaking its battle royale and, usually, these minor changes improve player experience and the stability of the game. However, that isn't always the case and Apex Legends' latest update has caused an unusual error code to pop up for players mid-game. It's not just kicking players from their matches, though - this error code can even issue you with a ten-minute temporary ban. Thankfully, a developer has shared a quick work-around on Reddit.

Reddit user 'Flexatronn' is just one of several Apex Legends players who have taken to the online forum to express their dismay at being randomly kicked from a live game of Apex Legends and, in many cases, being temporarily banned for ten minutes after seeing the following error code: 'sh_weapon_cosmetics.nut #531'

Looking at the text related to the error code, it's clear that the issue is related to a weapon cosmetic - and, 'rspn_exgeniar' (which we think is live technical designer Aaron Li, looking at Apex Legends' credits list) has highlighted what players need to look out for if they want to avoid this issue.
