TAKE ON THE SWARM OR BECOME IT IN THE UPRISING EVENT

The uprising is coming, Legends. Kicking off the week of Dec 5, 2023, you’ll fight in the new 30v30 Revenant Uprising LTM as a Legend or as Revenant's army. And those who join the first hour of the event will get a unique cinematic experience. After the initial week, Revenant Uprising will be exclusive to weekends, where you’ll get an Account Level XP boost while playing the LTM! Plus, get a 1.5X damage boost towards your Prestige Skin challenge when you play any mode with one equipped, during the entire Uprising Event!

That’s right, Loba’s Prestige Skin, Apex Lycanthrope is here. Collect all 24 Uprising cosmetics before the end of the Uprising event to get Loba’s new Prestige Skin “Apex Lycanthrope”–and prove that wolves are deadliest when cornered. Take part in the Uprising Collection Event from December 5, 2023, to January 2, 2024.

Take part in a cinematic experience that introduces you to the final battle of Kill Code—the one you’re about to take part in— for the first hour of Uprising’s launch on December 5, 2023, from 10am-11am PT.

[h2]LIMITED-TIME MODE: REVENANT UPRISING

Revenant Uprising brings an all-out 30v30 war as Legends must reach the Evac point, while the Revenant Army does everything they can to stop their escape–swarming the ground like something straight out of your nightmares. The Legends may have the advantage at first, but if a squad is wiped, they join the simulacrum horde. Leading the Army is one player-controlled Red Eyed Revenant, spawning with high tier loot like red shields and weapons.

December 5th 11am - December 11th 10am PT
December 15th 11am - December 18th 10am PT
December 22nd 11am - December 25th 10am PT
December 29th 11am - January 1st 10am PT

[h2]WEEKLY REWARD TRACKERS

For the first time ever, we are introducing weekly abilities that can be unlocked and used in unranked BR. As you battle across the upcoming weeks, earn rewards like an Extra Ordinance Slot and Reduced Ultimate Cooldowns, expanding your arsenal in unranked Battle Royale. Be sure to make the most of your newfound benefits. They’ll reset at the end of the week when the rewards reset.


[h2]COLLECTION EVENT ITEMS
[/h2]Unlock 24 divine limited-time cosmetics, with Legendary skins for Valkyrie, Vantage, Bangalore and more!

All 24 items will be available in exchange for Apex Coins or Crafting Metals and in Uprising Collection Event Apex Packs for the entire duration of the event.

If you unlock them all before the event ends, you’ll automatically receive the Loba Prestige Skin, Apex Lycanthrope.

Respawn still has "no plans" to move Apex Legends to a new game engine

Despite continued complaints from players regarding the inconsistent audio quality in Apex Legends, developer Respawn Entertainment is reiterating its position that it does not plan to transfer the battle royale onto an improved game engine anytime soon. This is frustrating news for quite a few fans, but Respawn Entertainment's response suggests that the developer just doesn't have the resources available for such a huge endeavor.

Apex Legends' new Uprising event rewards are useless after each week

Following on from the thrilling finale of Apex Legends' series of Kill Code cinematics, Respawn Entertainment is detailing the upcoming Apex Legends Uprising Collection Event - an in-game event that unleashes an army of Revenant robots on players in a new LTM and finally makes Loba's new Prestige Skin available. At a glance, it's another decent event for Apex players to get stuck into ahead of the New Year; however, the Apex Legends Uprising event rewards are some of the most disappointing we've seen so far - half of them are temporary, too.
