Developer Note

Fixes
• Fixed an issue that prevented the window selection UI from loading. Woops. I'm dumb.

Build 623 Changelog - UI3.0 RC4
Developer Note

This build is considered to be "Release Ready," in that it may have bugs, but none of them are considered to be horribly breaking. If you find a horribly breaking bug, please report it!

Changes
• Slight Wrist themeing tweaks when media player is open

 • Various small tweaks to the Capture API in order to capture more errors that may happen in the future.

 • Added emoji language as a language option. This is a meme. I repeat. This is a meme. Thanks ChatGPT. I had a good laugh.

 • Added Dr. Suess Language. ChatGPT strikes again. I can't help it. The language memes are low effort and funny.

 • Updated UwU language to be more than just UwU. Seriously, I can't stop memeing the languages. This is the last time I promise. I'm crossing my fingers and that promise may not be real
Fixes
• Fixed an issue that caused Double Click Delay to not work as intended. You should now be able to open folders again. Thank me later.

 • Fixed an issue where the node bridge for the UI would start much later than intended, causing a race condition.

 • Fixed a visual issue with dropdowns in the Settings menu that made them sometimes display the wrong option on a fresh load.

 • Fixed an issue where the left controller would be sorted after the right controller in the batter widget, which just, let's be honest, looked really wrong.

Build 620 Changelog - UI3.0 RC3.2
Fixes
• Fixed an issue that caused the border disabling logic to prevent captures from working on windows installations that didn't support the feature.

Build 619 Changelog - UI3.0 RC3.1
Changes
• Added a setting to make battery widget always show details in Settings / Wrist / Battery Widget

 • Added a setting to make battery widget default to showing percentage details instead of time estimate in Settings / Wrist / Battery Widget

 • Clicking on the battery widget will now toggle between Time Estimate and battery percentage.

 • Battery time estimate now takes into account charging and will provide an estimated time left until fully charged.

 • If supported by the Windows installation, captures will no longer have a yellow border around them on the desktop.
Bug Fixes
• Fixed a capture issue that may have caused hanging / freezing when managing desktops.

Please note: This is a release candidate! That means that this build is considered close to being ready to ship! Please test!!!!!

Build 617 Changelog - UI3.0 RC3
Changes
• Device Manager / Device Bar have been tweaked and reworked. Device tracking should now be more consistent.

 • Device Bar now shows a bar for percentage, hovering over a device will give you an estimated time remaining for that devices battery based on various factors. Please note that this gets more accurate as your VR session continues. Expect max accuracy for a session after around ~15-20 minutes.

 • Device Bar now shows the last known state of a devices battery if the device was disconnected.
Bug Fixes
• Fixed an issue preventing low battery notifications from being sent.

 • Fixed an issue that caused a softlock with the overlay grid switcher

 • Fixed an issue that caused the Settings menu to be in the middle of the playspace at the start of each session.

 • Fixed an issue where Tundra Trackers would show Vive Tracker icons in the Device Bar

P.S. Don't worry I'll eventually make the tundra tracker icon better. I got lazy. It's a long process because Icon Fonts are annoying.
