3) Create an account in KZT (tenge) and transfer the desired amount in rubles to it.
4) Open the search bar on the Qiwi website and enter "Steam".
5) Select Steam (Kazakhstan), enter your Steam account login and how much money to transfer. Verify the code with your phone.
6) Your Steam wallet balance has been replenished.
