Kyle is Famous News

Hey guys! I am super happy to report that I finally have a brand new project to share. Ever wonder what your favorite children's TV shows would look like with a dash of survival horror? MFN is the marriage of survival horror and puppets, giving you an open world to fight through and explore, big mysteries to solve, puzzles out the whazoo, and a ton more.

So what sort of things should you expect to find in My Friendly Neighborhood?

• Non-linear, first person survival horror gameplay
  
• A colorful cast of puppet friends turned adversaries (and maybe turned friends again!)
  
• An array of puzzles in the vein of the survival horror greats.
  
• A multitude of diverse environments, from the "BTS" Ray's Workshop to cardboard crayon halls
  
• A grid-based real-time inventory, cause that's just way better
  
• And a lot more. . . but I'll let you find that out for yourself
  

Also, just a note - it might be a horror game, but expect the same sort of playful, humorous take on things that you might have found in my other games. It's spooky, but I think you'll find a lot of smiles along the way. :)

I'm really happy to report that this is by far the biggest project I've ever worked on. I have a TON of great stuff planned that I can't wait for you all to experience. . . but I'll let you find all of that for yourselves.

[h2]Hey guys! New endings have been added to Kyle is Famous![/h2]

I've added in a new set of endings relating to withering away while in bed. I've always thought that part of the game was a little lacking, and now it's been fleshed out to give some extra dimension to that choice. :)



This is set #2 of gradual updates to the game that I've been making! I think I might add some more endings to the ghost track later down the line depending on how people enjoy them.

If you missed it before, I also recently added in a new set of endings inside of the interview where Kyle decides that he's going to become. . . Rachel May herself.

Kyle has woken up today and realized something incredibly important. Kyle is bored, and is ready for something new and exciting to enter his life. Kyle decides to pursue his childhood passion of hotdog sales, preparing instead for a day on the streets instead of an interview with Rachel.

22 New Endings. . .
Kyle is Hotdog expands Kyle's pre-existing world to include 22 new endings, including the eating of the entire leprechaun pit, moving Tyler around from inside of himself to boost hotdog sales, traveling to foreign dimensions, writing love letters to old high-school crushes. . . and maybe, if you look hard enough, a little look into Kyle's character himself. . . (but you didn't hear that from me).

Kyle is Hotdog is available to play now for roughly the price of a hotdog. This was something I made from a love of the project and the characters, and I am SO excited for you all to crawl through and find all the secrets I've hidden around. :)

Kyle is Hotdog is a new set of adventures for Kyle to go on where he seeks to pursue his childhood passion of hotdog sales. Kyle decides to not do an interview with Rachel that night, instead needing to spend his time preparing for his day of selling hotdogs. Or stopping the slug invasion. Or re-uniting with his high-school crush. Or letting loose a wave or orphans upon the world.

Kyle is Hotdog contains 22 new endings, with one ending that wraps the whole story up. Some are straightforwards to find. . . but some are very, very well hidden and are going to require some searching and thinking to discover. And beware of Techno Jim.





Re-Explore the World. . .

Like Kyle is Santa, Kyle is Hotdog takes place in the same world as Kyle is Famous and starts each morning in the same way. But, on any given day, if you choose to become a hotdog salesman, you find yourself selling hotdogs at the end of the day instead of at an interview with Rachel. The world seems to have also changed in many ways. . . I wonder if that can help you sell hotdogs well?

IT'S A COOL UPDATE!!!

I've been meaning to do this for QUITE a while, but today marks the first of hopefully many additions to the endings in Kyle is Famous that aren't linked to any DLC.

NEW ENDINGS:

This update gives a set of additional endings tied to. . . something (you'll figure it out quick). You can start finding them by going through a normal interview, but clicking "Become Rachel May" before you would normally read the questions.

I'm planning on continuing to add endings to the base game here and there, so this SHOULD be the first of several updates to see like this. I'm going to be saving some endings for DLC, 'cause I want to make those tell a new part of the story in themselves.

These are DEFINITELY worth checking out and are meant to flow into the 21 original endings pretty seamlessly.
