A day has passed since the opening of Early Access. We would like to take this time to point out a major issue that most Super Soldiers are concerned about.

It has come to our attention that many players felt dissatisfied and discouraged from purchasing outfits after the reveal of the in-game store and methods of purchase.

We acknowledge the current situation and we would like to take this opportunity to set things straight.

Therefore, we firmly promise the following:

1. Will introduce the system of direct purchase for outfits
- We will abandon the current methods of purchase, and will ensure our users can directly purchase permanent outfits. This development will be our top priority.
- Direct purchase of outfits will be developed as soon as possible and detailed dates will be disclosed in the very close future.
- We will stop selling Diamonds until new methods of purchase are developed.

2. Will refund all Diamonds used to purchase outfits since Early Access.
- We will process refunds for all payments made since Early Access as the method of purchasing outfits will be changed.
- The outfits which were acquired before will not be removed. All Diamonds and Exploration tickets will be removed during the server maintenance.
- All refunds will be processed during the server maintenance, and please refer to the details [HERE].

3. Will diversify outfit acquisition method
- Players will be able to obtain outfits through various ways other than in-game purchases.
- To start off, players will be able to use Gold to purchase outfits in the current Exploration Center
- Moreover, we will diversify the ways to obtain various outfits by participating in upcoming missions and events.

4. Will provide following compensations due to the inconvenience caused
- As the in-game currency for Exploration Tickets has changed to Gold, a certain amount of Gold will be given to players to purchase outfits from Exploration Center.
- In addition, a permanent outfit set (Lifeguard Swimwear) will be compensated through in-game inbox for further inconvenience.
* This compensation mail will expire by October 31, 2022 (KST). Please receive it before the expiration date.

We believe Early Access is one of the most valuable opportunities to make SUPER PEOPLE to provide a better gaming experience.

We greatly appreciate every voice of concern and will always strive to offer the best gaming experience possible.

! Changes to Previous Notice (Update 2022.10.21)
* From the 8th Super Tournament, the range of weekend prize winners will be expanded to 10th place,
and the weekend prize money per ranking will be adjusted accordingly.
* The minimum required number of participants for the tournament has been changed back to 500.

- Teams ranked up to 10th place will now be eligible for the prize money starting from the 8th tournament.

The following is a comprehensive guide to the Super Tournament: ORBIT series during Early Access, one of the most important contents of SUPER PEOPLE.
The Super Tournament: ORBIT Series, which is open to all players, will be held daily during the regional evening hours. With a total prize pool of USD $100,000, players will be able to receive prize money every single day.
※ Your server, region, and nationality must match in order to be able to claim your prize.

■ What is the Super Tournament?
- A tournament that all Super Soldiers can participate in, held daily during the Super Tournament ORBIT series.
- Participate in tournament matches for a set time every evening to earn Winning Points. You can advance to the finals depending on the Winning Points earned.
- Show off your skills, creative plays, and teamwork!
The Super Soldier who emerges victorious will receive prize money and will be featured in the Hall of Fame!

■ Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finalists of the daily Super Tournament.
In addition, 40 Diamonds will be awarded for qualifying for the Group Stages of the Super Tournament. (Only given once)

■ Instructions on how to claim your prizes and the claiming period (players that ranked 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in each server each day) will be posted via GeeGee at a later date.

■ How the Super Tournament Works
- The Super Tournament is open to all players with an Account Level of 10 and over.
- If the number of participants per server is less than 500, the daily Super Tournament will be canceled.
- The Super Tournament is divided into 3 stages: Qualifiers, Group Stages 1 and 2, and Finals. Players who achieve 1st place in the Finals will be selected as the winners.
- You can earn Winning Points by playing tournament matches during the Qualifiers. At the end of each round, Winning points are added up to determine whether advancing to Group Stage 1 is possible.
- During the Qualifiers round, you can change the team members (team disbanding), but the Winning Points acquired before the change will be reset to 0 points.
- Team members cannot be changed in the Group Stages and Finals.
- In Super Tournaments, changing classes and opening a personal supply consumes more gold than in normal modes.

[Qualifiers]
: You can participate in the Super Tournament Qualifier Stage as many times as you want for 90 minutes to acquire Winning Points.
: After the Qualifiers end, the team members' Winning Points are added up to determine whether it’s possible to advance to the Group Stages.

[Group Stage 1/2]
: Depending on the number of players and teams, Group Stages can be held in two rounds. (Round 1, Round 2)
: Matches are played once. The final survival ranking determines whether the team or player advances to the Finals.
: You can advance to the next round or Finals if your survival ranking is 1st in the match.
: Depending on the number of participating teams, the possible rankings for the Finals can change, so you must try to achieve the highest survival ranking possible.
[Finals]
: The Finals are held during a single match. Players are eligible to receive prize money if they rank 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in the final survival ranking.

- Play modes: Monday to Friday: Solo / Saturdays and Sundays: Duos (One-man duos available)

※ For Asian servers, only the 3rd person (TPP) is available.
- Max players per match: 80

■ Super Tournament Eligibility
- Any participants under the age of majority in their country or born after Oct 14, 2004 are not eligible to receive prize money.
- Players wishing to participate must have a SUPER PEOPLE Level 10 account or higher.

■ How to participate in the Super Tournament
1. Set up your team in the lobby before the tournament starts and click “Participate Tournament”.
2. Click “Participate” in the lobby at the scheduled tournament time.
3. Click “Start Matchmaking” in the Super Tournament lobby to start the match.

■ Super Tournament Entry Schedules
- Players can participate immediately after applying for participation even while the Qualifiers are ongoing.

■ Minimum number of people to participate in the Super Tournament
- If the number of participants per server is less than 500, the daily Super Tournament will be canceled.

- Winning Points are awarded differently depending on the number of players in a single match held during the Qualifiers.

■ Notice regarding prizes
※ The total winnings will be sent to each team member separately.
※ Each player will receive the number of Diamonds displayed in the table above according to their ranking.
※ If a player or team wins multiple Finals, the total winnings will be sent separately.
※ Players must be born before Oct 14, 2004 to participate in the tournament.
※ Players from Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, or Syria are not eligible to receive prize money.
※ Players residing in one of the following member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States are not eligible to receive prize money:
- Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan
※ The prize money might not be paid in case of international, political, or economic causes, force majeure, natural disasters, war or equivalent insurrections, public disaster or other disasters, strike or labor disputes, fraud, public health emergency, air travel interruption to live events, government enforcement or regulatory decisions, regulations or orders, or any other reason beyond the company's reasonable control or if the wire transfer is rejected due to the recipient’s country of residence.
※ The exchange rate for the prize money is the rate given by Hana Bank at the time of payment.
※ Make sure to check the contents of “Prize” in the Super Tournament Official Rules so that you can claim your prize money successfully.

- Incorrect mission numbers and nickname submitted through the survey can be edited at any time during that event’s corresponding week.
- Event rewards for each week will be distributed through Inbox within 48 hours after the end of that event’s corresponding week.

- Reward items will be distributed as a 14-day limited item.
