- Artifacts can now be transferred to the shared storage

Bugfixes
- Fixed the event chests not being stackable
- Fixed localization error of the refining potion
- Fixed first ranking getting marked as read without the ui being opened
- Fixed itemshop item descriptions not resizing to their text length

Balance updates
- Removed golden spice/food, chests can now be bought directly from the item shop
- Rebalanced loot for giving meals to citizens, you will now get a meal reward chest
- Rebalanced golden meal reward chests

New Features
- The Ramadan event has started, give your fellow citizens a hand and be rewarded
