Introducing SST v0.7.6.0 - Electricity & Machines ALPHA

- electricity & machines (Cosmos.electricity checkbox)
- new materials for machines gameplay: acrylic glass, plastic, solar panel, rotator, jet, laser
- pin/unpin brush and draw mode
- basic shifted multilayers mechanics
- SDraw - draw selection
- gears (draw gear by selection over shifted metal, then alt+click in Shift mode on selection to make upper layer gear by selection)
- engines, lasers (you should edit material to make it works with enough power)
- keyboard control (maybe, not sure imported yet, try to set some ascii character integer code to the Node.control field)
