Oliver a long-time player in the community loves freely and wanted to fly the new levels!

1. New - Freefly added to Tropical Island. Free Fly ,Play Egg Hunt, and Balloon Hunt now!
   
2. New - Crossbows now will track and shoot at you in Balloon Hunt - Watch Out! ( Hint you have a fireball)
   

Fixes:
Moved the World Contrant dome in Iceworld so you cant fly under it and updated it to a grid.
Fixed some rocks in Main Menu.
Fixed a bug where no laser point would appear.

Thanks to InsaneHellGamer we fixed a few issues:
1) Out of bounds dome texture missing
2) Horns getting in the way on Freefly - DragonView.
