NARAKA: BLADEPOINT Update – Jan 18th, 2024

Dear players,

The servers of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT will be suspended for maintenance from January 17th, 2024 at 23:00 (UTC) to January 18th, 2024 at 03:00 (UTC). We suggest you log out in advance and enter the game again after the maintenance.
The details for this update are as follows:

Brand New Content


[h3]I. Disengage System[/h3]
The Disengage system is now available in all modes, except for Ranked Mode and Immortal War.

[h3]II. Soul Land Crossover Available Now[/h3]
1. Limited-time Event: Soul Awakening
Masters of the Soul Land assemble!
Event Rules
(1) Choose among the following Soul Shape to awaken: Moonlapis Leaf, Fleetcharm Bunny, Spirit Eye, and Morpho Butterfly, and receive its Legendary Emote Gesture. The three you didn't choose can be purchased in the SHOP.
(2) Complete cultivation quests to earn Soul Coins and raise your Soul Power Level. More difficult cultivation quests grant more Soul Power EXP.
(3) Your Soul Power Level reaches a limit every 10 levels. To raise your rank and your level limit, you need to complete breakthrough quests. This also awards you with a reward for that rank.
(4) Consume Soul Coins to redeem rewards.
2. Map Updates
We have introduced crossover content with Soul Land, adding a new area, Yin Yang's Eye, to both The Morus Isle and Holoroth.
3. New Mechanism
Some new content has been added to BOT Mode, Quick Match, and The Herald's Trial:
(1) In the Yin Yang's Eye field, a new mechanism has been added that creates seals. These seals provide continuous healing for allies and damage over time for enemies when interacted with.
(2) Small animals have been placed on The Morus Isle, and the following three crossover animals have been added to both The Morus Isle and Holoroth: Boreal Scorpio, Human Faced Demon Spider, and Ice Silkworm.
(3) Four crossover immortal herbs are now available for picking: Wonder Tulip, Dreamy Orchid, Silken Fragrance, and Lover's Yearning.
4. New Souljades
Six new brand crossover Souljades have been introduced to the game. They are [Evil Orca Lord (Left Leg Bone)], [Moonlapis Empress (Right Leg Bone)], [Exoskeleton·Arachnid Lances], [Titan Ape (Left Arm Bone)], [Bull Python (Right Arm Bone)], and [Boreal Scorpion (Trunk Bone)].
5. Fairyland Penglai Updates
Newly added crossover themed event mechanism: Seahorse Obelisk.
Players can go to the Seahorse Obelisk and interact with the testing platform, triggering the Sea God’s trial. The Seahorse Obelisk will announce your results in chat!

[h3]III. Limited-time Event: Righteous Judgement[/h3]
1. Event Rules:
1) By completing Daily Quests, players can obtain Shayol's Token: Golden Keeper Scrolls with an additional chance to obtain one of the following rewards: Tae, Spectral Silk, Peerless Treasure Choice Gift, Hero Coin, Legendary Trial Card, Righteous Coin and other rewards.
2) There are 16 pieces in the four Confidential Scrolls, which can be unlocked by collecting the Golden Keeper Scrolls.
3) You can claim rewards by unlocking any of the four Confidential Scrolls. Some rewards will be available after the new version is released, so stay tuned.
4) Each day, you can help a player obtain a Golden Keeper Scroll (by tapping the contact list, selecting a "Share Shayol's Scroll” and confirming it). You won't consume your Golden Keeper Scroll by doing so. However, each player will be given just one Golden Keeper Scroll per day.
2. After the event ends, you can still claim unlocked rewards on the event page and unlock Golden Keeper Scroll to obtain rewards within the remaining time to claim rewards. But you can no longer complete Quests, unlock Confidential Scrolls and share Golden Keeper Scrolls during that period. Once the items expire, they can be converted into 160 Tae each in the Inventory
3. Event Duration: From the January 18th, 2024 update to January 31st, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC).
4. Redeem the rewards before: February 6th, 2024 at 20:00 (UTC)

[h3]IV. Immortal War[/h3]
1. Rules
(1) Time: Open for 3 hours daily.
(2) Requirements: A rank of Platinum or above is required for Immortal War.
(3) Score:
·The Score bonus is determined by your ranking and the total number of enemies downed by your party.
·Knocking down the same enemy multiple times within a short period will not all be counted. A maximum of two knockdowns per enemy will be counted.
·There are no rank restrictions when making teams; instead, matchmaking is based on the team member who has the highest score.
(4) Players: 18-player in Trios; 16-player in Solo.
(5) Rewards: You gain 3,000 Dark Tide Coins upon knocking down an enemy. The first three players in a match to do so also receive a 3,000, 2,000 or 1,000 Dark Tide Coin bonus. You can only receive this reward up to twice from each enemy, however.
(6) Realm of Yang: The basic rules are the same as in Ranked Mode. The Realm of Yang only refreshes once in the first round of Trios.
(7) Rift Dealers: More Rift Dealers were added to the map, and you will obtain Epic or Legendary Souljades through Lucky Souljade Bags.
(8) Quests: All the Scroll tasks will become Bounty Quests in Solo. While in Trios, the amount and duration of the quests will be decreased.
(9) Drops: There will be less Epic equipment and no Legendary equipment on the map.
(10) Caves: Extra drops of Legendary weapons, Souljades IV and huge amounts of Dark Tide Coins.
2. Season Rewards:
Season rewards will be awarded based on the highest rank gained in the Immortal War (Solo or Trios).

If you make it to the Top 500 in the Immortal War, you'll be on the Immortal Leaderboard. This leaderboard is updated every Monday at 04:00 (UTC). Being in the Top 500 earns you a special title. At the end of the season, if you are on the leaderboard or have a title, you get an Avatar.
In addition, when the leaderboard is updated for the final time, the Top 3 players will be awarded exclusive Hero Badges.

Hero Adjustments


[h3]I. Justina Gu[/h3]
Optimized the pulling effect that occurs when Justina Gu interrupts her dash and initiates a weapon move during the casting of [Shadowswipe] or [Shadowswipe: Blizzard].
1. Fixed an issue where the camera would oscillate when the player rapidly adjusted the viewing angle and switched the target during targeting.
2. The pulling effect of this move will only be activated when Justina Gu's target is an enemy hit by [Shadowswipe] or [Shadowswipe: Blizzard]; if not, the move will not trigger the pulling effect and will simply auto-aim melee strikes toward the enemy.

//Developer's Comment: After introducing the post-emergency-stop pulling effect for Justina Gu, we have observed an increase in players executing thrilling moves with Justina Gu. However, we also recognize that some seasoned players have had a less satisfactory experience due to changes in character control habits. To address this, we have implemented the above fine-tunings for better performance. Moreover, we are in the process of developing a setting that will allow players to choose whether to enable the post-emergency-stop pulling effect for Justina Gu. We will also continue to pay close attention to player feedback.

Weapon Adjustments


[h3]I. Heng Sword[/h3]
1. Slightly reduced the knockback distance when a target is hit by a charged vertical strike.
2. Enhanced the melee correction for Straight Lunge and Lethal Jab.
3. Optimized the pre-input timing for Straight Lunge and Lethal Jab.
4. Slightly reduced the startup frames of follow-up horizontal strikes launched after Straight Lunge or Lethal Jab.
5. Reduced the window for interrupting the follow-up horizontal strikes launched after the Straight Lunge or Lethal Jab.
6. Reduced the window for interrupting the follow-up vertical strikes launched after the third stage of the vertical strike or Shadow Step.
7. Fixed an issue where the first strike of the charged vertical strikes would hit an airborne enemy but its second strike would miss the target.
8. Optimized animations of the second, third, and fourth stages of the vertical strike.
9. Optimized character animations when charging a new charged vertical strike after executing charged vertical strikes.
10. Optimized character animations when a successfully countering.
11. Optimized the sound effects for some moves.

Souljade Adjustments


[h3]I. Dual Halberds Souljade[/h3]
A new Souljade, [Martial Art·Will-Form Hook], has been added to the game.

[h3]II. Heng Sword Souljade[/h3]
1. The Focus effect of the second strike of [Rampage] has been changed from Blue Focus to Purple Focus.
2. The first strike of [Aurora Burst] now applies a silence effect upon hitting the target and extends the range of subsequent strikes.

[h3]III. Effect (Consumable) Souljades[/h3]
The special effects of [Explosive Armor] have been optimized, and the uses have been adjusted to 1.

Out-game Adjustments


[h3]I. Free Heroes Adjustments[/h3]
Matari has been replaced with Feria Shen on the Free Heroes list available for new accounts. Their positions on the hero selection page have also been exchanged.

[h3]II. Fairyland Penglai[/h3]
1. Sky-high Racing
The blue totems on the track are now individually displayed for each player while ensuring that racers do not affect each other.
//Developer's Comment: Since the last update of the track, we have observed some players engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct. Actions have been taken against these players, and we encourage everyone to contribute to maintaining a friendly environment on Fairyland Penglai.
III. Righteous Season Pack Adjustments
Steam players can now purchase the Righteous Season Pack in-game. You can check the 'Season Pack' page in the 'Event Center' to check and buy the Righteous Season Pack. Meanwhile, the Righteous Season Pack DLC will be removed from the Steam Store.
The limited-time discount for the Righteous Season Pack will be extended till 23:00 on March 6, 2024 (UTC).

Showdown Adjustments


[h3]I. Enigma Peak is Now Available![/h3]
In the Enigma Peak, Showdown Souljades drop by various kinds. If you defeat a certain number of Bosses in a single match, you can also receive rewards like Legendary Souljade Choice Gift, Thunder Essence, exclusive Hero Badge and so on.
Since the Sense Levels are unlocked in alignment with Enigma Peak, the Sense Level cap has been increased to 700. The cultivation level cap for some stages of Yama's Abyss has been adjusted accordingly.

[h3]II. Yama's Abyss Adjustments[/h3]
1. A preparation phase has been added in Yama's Abyss: Before the battle starts, players can choose one from the Ice Essence, Thunder Essence, or [Blessed Weapon Repair Kit] blessings as their starting enhancement.
2. The Health and Attack of the first Boss have been reduced, while the Health and Attack of the last two Bosses have been increased.
3. The price of the Weapon Repair Kit has been reduced to 50 Dark Tide Coins, the price of the Grappling Hook has been reduced to 15 Dark Tide Coins, and the prices of these two items will not increase across the stages of Yama's Abyss. The price of the Boss Soul Remnant item has been reduced to 0 Dark Tide Coins.
4. Now, in Stage 41 and above of Yama's Abyss, the Rift Dealer will only sell temporary enhancement items of Legendary rarity or higher.
5. Some Bosses on certain stages have been adjusted: The first Boss on Stage 36 has been changed from the Fiery Monster to Iron Taifeng, and the first Boss on Stage 38 has been changed from the Fiery Monster to Stone Monster.
6. Now, when entering the dual-Boss battle due to the [Lost] curses, it will not consume battle time, and even if the two Bosses are not defeated, the player will automatically clear the stage after a certain time, but the quality of rewards obtained will be lowered.
7. The Health of the weak point of [Water Ent] in Yama's Abyss has been changed to 30% of its total Health.
8. Now, when using the Boss move item [Annihilate Light] on distant enemies, the aim assist will trigger automatically.
9. The Souljade [Copper Ward] is no longer available in the selection of Souljade enhancements.

[h3]III. Enigma Domain Adjustments[/h3]
1. Stone Monster and Omnius·Rock have been temporarily removed from the Enigma Domain, and the Matron of Yushan has been added. Meanwhile, the Thunder Omens in Enigma Domain are now changed to Frostbite Omens.
//Developer's Comment: We will change the Bosses and Omens in the Enigma Domain from time to time in the future.
2. The area of the Boss battle in the Shadowjade Mine has been adjusted, and the battle range of the Boss has been decreased.

[h3]IV. Omens Adjustments[/h3]
1. Valda Cui's Water-attribute attacks can now extinguish [Hellhole] for 10 seconds, and Tarka Ji's Fire-attribute attacks can now melt [Frozen Earth] for 10 seconds. Additionally, the height of [Hellhole] and [Frozen Earth] has been lowered to better match their visual performances.
2. Melee attacks on the [Divine Thunder] and [Ice Mound] mechanisms will now trigger a pulling effect.
3. The gestures of the Ice Spore emerging after the use of the [Ice Coral] item have been optimized, making the attack animation smoother.

[h3]V. Combat Adjustments[/h3]
1. The hit detection of [Water Ent]'s weak point has been relaxed.
2. [Water Ent] will no longer use its invisible attack move twice in a row.
10. The maximum triggering range of the Potential [Honed Apparatus] has been adjusted from 15 meters to 50 meters.

Client Optimization


[h3]I. Performance Optimization[/h3]
Fixed the sudden frame rate drop under certain circumstances like hitting opponents in Soul form.

[h3]II. Xbox One Performance Optimization[/h3]
Reduced scene culling overhead to decrease lag on the Xbox One.

Bug Fixes


[h3]I. Performance Bugs[/h3]
1. Fixed occasional unresponsiveness and freezing that occurred when playing the game on DX12.
2. Fixed some bugs that caused performance issues on the Steam Deck while playing the game on DX 11.

[h3]II. PlayStation 5 Bugs[/h3]
Fixed some sneaky crashes.

Store Updates


[h3]I. New Feature: Cosmetic Upgrade[/h3]
1. Players can use Glazed Crystals to upgrade Weapon Skin, and use Abysmal Crystals to upgrade Emote Gesture.
2. After upgrading, the cosmetic will get a new look, but it can no longer be reverted to the previous levels.
3. Players get Collection Points accordingly by upgrading the cosmetic levels.
4. Glazed Crystal and Abysmal Crystals can be purchased in SHOP. You can also get Abysmal Crystals in the Soul Awakening event.
5. Cosmetics that can be upgraded are as follows:

Dear players,

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT is committed to creating a fair and healthy competitive environment. We have not only used new anti-cheat technologies, but also established special cheat-reporting reward activities to encourage those players who defend the fairness with us. From now on, players who make outstanding contributions to reporting cheats will get the Legendary spear skin 'Righteous Polearm' .

More details:
1. Players who successfully reported 1 time will get [Immortal Treasure] X1;

2. Players who successfully report 10 times with low misreport rate will get [Immortal Treasure] X10 (In order to ensure the efficiency of detecting, please report reasonably);

3. Players who have successfully reported for many times or made great contributions to anti-cheat will get the Legendary spear skin [Righteous Polearm] X1.

We strongly recommend that players report via in-game report system, so that we can confirm the cheat as soon as possible and record successful report times for you!

From 1.8 to 1.14, there are 8 players who have successfully reported the cheating or hacking in total and get the reward [Righteous Polearm]! We hope that more players can become the Justice Supporter on the Morus Isle in the future.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT is committed to creating a fair and healthy competitive environment. We have not only used new anti-cheat technologies, but also established special cheat-reporting reward activities to encourage those players who defend the fairness with us. From now on, players who make outstanding contributions to reporting cheats will get the Legendary spear skin 'Righteous Polearm' .

1. Players who successfully reported 1 time will get [Immortal Treasure] X1;

2. Players who successfully report 10 times with low misreport rate will get [Immortal Treasure] X10 (In order to ensure the efficiency of detecting, please report reasonably);

The servers of NARAKA: BLADEPOINT will be suspended for maintenance from Jan 3rd, 2024 at 23:00 (UTC) to Jan 4th, 2024 at 03:00 (UTC). We suggest you log out in advance and enter the game again after the maintenance.

Brand New Content


[h2]I. New Congeneric Weapon: Heng Sword[/h2]

In the new update, we'll be introducing the ancient Chinese weapon—Heng Sword. Try it out!

[h2]II. Fairyland Penglai Updates[/h2]
1. Newly added Fairyland Penglai Guide
Players can access the Fairyland Penglai Guide through the Event Center or shortcut button. The Guide introduces all current gameplay and rewards, aiming to enhance players' experience in the Fairyland Penglai.

2. Sky-high Racing Update
New tracks and new quests with new racing challenges of various weapons are available! Create your legends of speed in Fairyland Penglai!

3. New Instrument Proficiency
  • Increase your proficiency level by playing instruments or practicing with sheet music.
  • Players can participate in a test when they reach proficiency at Levels 3/6/9. Passing these tests can unlock the Master Mode, increasing the maximum music score recordings and earning other great rewards.

Guzheng and Suona proficiency levels are now available. Other instrument proficiency levels will be added in future updates.

[Righteous] BATTLEPASS is now available, which includes a variety of valuable items and skins! Players can obtain more rewards by unlocking the Advanced Hidden Treasure! You can get a Treasure Scroll at the price of 1200 Gold and a Glory Scroll at 2840 Gold.

[h2]IV. Limited-time Event: Freeze and Heat[/h2]
Specter Arch bites with bitter cold, whereas Cura Center harbors comforting warmth. Still, both prove ideal grounds for cultivation.

Event Rules:
  1. Each day, you may choose one of the two Cultivation Zones.
    • Specter Arch: If you gain a Score from a Ranked match, you will get a 25% score bonus. If you lose a Score from a Ranked match, your Score loss will be halved. (Diminish Eurekas by 1). If you get a 0 Score, it doesn't consume an Eureka.
    • Cura Center: XP and Hidden Treasure XP from Survival, Casual, or Showdown modes are increased by 150% (Diminish Eurekas by 1).

    You can choose only one type each day, and once chosen, it cannot be changed.
  2. You will receive 1 Eureka once you've made your choice.
  3. You will receive an additional Eureka for each event quest you complete. These quests are divided into 7 groups and each group is available at different times. The next set of quests can be unlocked only after completing the former ones.
  4. Eurekas gained are valid for that day only. They do not carry over to the next day, so please use them in time.
  5. Complete more quests to win more great rewards.

[h2]VII. New Cosmetics: Chat Bubble[/h2]
A new cosmetic, Chat Bubble is added to Other Cosmetics > Social. When unlocked and equipped, it changes your texts' background in the chat channel.

The first three chat bubbles available in this updates are: [Star - Wolf King's Fang], [Star - Nine Tailed Destiny], [Star - Florescent Cryolite]

The above chat bubbles are rewarded when you unlock the Star-Collections with the same titles. The chat bubbles will be locked again if you no longer own the Star-Collections after trading.

  • Players can apply new effects to the ultimates that support 'Custom Effects' by selecting HERO > Collection > Talents > Custom Effects.
  • The new Talent Effect for Feria Shen's [2674·Mech Prototype], Bronze Mech Paint - [2674·Midnight Prototype], is now available.

You have to own [2674·Mech Prototype] before customizing the effect of [2674·Midnight Prototype].

We have come to the end of Season 10: Pioneer and would like to thank all the players who participated in this season’s ranked matches. For the full recap of season rewards and score resets please see our official announcement post.

1. Season Rewards:
Season rewards will be awarded based on the highest rank gained in the ranked modes (Solo, Duos or Trios) during the Pioneer Season.

2. Score Reset:
Scores in the ranked modes (Solos, Duos or Trios) will partially carry over to the new season.

3. Score Carry-Over:
Hero scores and scores from Capture the Spirit Well, Shadow Surge, The Bloodbath, and Bloodsport will partially carry over to the new season, with a higher carry-over ratio for lower scores. The maximum score limit after carry-over is 10,000 points.

[h2]Hero Adjustments[/h2]

[h3]I. Yoto Hime[/h3]
  1. When casting [Flying Edge: Resist], the character is immune to hit damage before completing the action of throwing the blade.
  2. Each Ultimate Variant has undergone damage adjustments as follows:
    • The slash damage multiplier for all Ultimate Variants has been revised from 2.6/3.2/3.8 to 3.0/3.5/4.0.
    • The Attack Healing ratio for each variant has been boosted as follows:
    • The ratios for both [Demon Blade] and [Demon Blade: Combo] have been elevated from 30% to 40%.
    • The ratio for [Demon Blade: Restore] has been elevated from 60% to 70%.
    • The multiplier for extra slash damage of Demon Blade: Combo has been revised from 1.6 to 2.0.
  3. For all Ultimate Variants, the duration of recovery frames following slash gestures has been slightly decreased.


[h3]II. Justina Gu[/h3]
  1. When casting [Arctic Wraith] and [Arctic Wraith: Blizzard], the knockback distance has been slightly expanded.
  2. For all Ultimate Variants, the duration of the [Freeze Immunity] status, which is gained at the end of the Freeze effect, has been shortened from 6 to 4 seconds.
  3. For the [Shadowswipe] and [Shadowswipe: Blizzard] skills derived from [Arctic Wraith] and [Arctic Wraith: Blizzard], if an enemy is hit during the sprint and the sprint process is interrupted by a melee move, the current move will have a slightly enhanced pulling effect and will prioritize attacking the target hit during the sprint.
//Dev’s Notes: Justina Gu can end the sprint process with an attack at any point during the sprint. A popular strategy among players using Justina Gu is to halt the sprint immediately after freezing an enemy to execute a charged attack. Given Justina Gu's rapid sprint speed, mastering the ‘sprint-brake’ strategy often necessitates substantial practice. Therefore, we are endeavoring to increase the permissible distance for targeting post-sprint, with the hope of simplifying the execution of the ‘brake’ for players.

[h3]III. Tessa[/h3]
  1. The duration for Rage recovery inhibition, following the casting of [Enchant], has been reduced from 15 seconds to 11 seconds. Similarly, the Rage recovery inhibition period after casting [Enchant: Bite] has also been reduced from 12 seconds to 11 seconds.
  2. Upon casting [Enchant], Tessa recovers a small amount of Health for each enemy hit by the fox.


[h3]IV. Hadi[/h3]
Each Ultimate Variant has experienced modifications to the damage dealt by charged attacks executed during flight:
  • The damage multiplier for [Aerial Ascent]'s charged attacks at all stages has been revised from 2.0/3.0/4.0 to 1.8/2.7/3.2.
  • The damage multiplier for [Aerial Ascent: Blaze]'s charged attacks at all stages has been revised from 2.0/3.0/3.5 to 1.8/2.7/2.8.
  • The damage multiplier for [Aerial Ascent: Rescue]'s charged attacks at all stages has been revised from 2.0/3.0/3.2 to 1.8/2.7/3.0.


[h3]V. Takeda[/h3]
  1. The Rage consumption upon activating [Demonic Aid] has been raised from 25% to 40%, aligning it with specific heroes (such as Justina Gu). Concurrently, the Rage requirement for casting [Demonic Strike] has been reduced from 25% to 20%, thereby maintaining the initial cast count at 3 times.
  2. The damage multiplier for [Demonic Strike: Havoc] (Gold tier) cast after [Demonic Aid: Force] at medium to long ranges has been adjusted from 0.08/1.00 to 0.04/0.06.
//Dev’s Notes: Takeda has demonstrated outstanding performance in solo mode and various competitions, primarily due to the superior Rage recovery ability of his V1 skill. To ensure consistency with certain heroes, we've marginally increased the cost of activating his V1 skill. At the same time, while preserving his V3 skill's capability of drawing aggro and casting stable charged attacks, we've reduced Takeda's recovery ability at the Gold tier when drawing aggro at medium to long ranges.

[h3]VI. Feria Shen[/h3]
  1. The damage multiplier of [Gunplay] has been reduced from 1.0 to 0.1.
  2. The space determination for deploying the beacon of [Mech Mayhem: Co-pilot] in narrow areas has been optimized slightly.


[h3]VII. Ziping Yin[/h3]
The recovery amount provided by the [Sedate Soul] effect of [Saving Grace: Aegis] has been reduced from 500 to 300.

//Dev’s Notes: Ziping Yin has demonstrated exceptional performance in top-tier Trios and various competitions, thanks to her reliable survivability. However, the immunity to fatal damage provided by [Sedate Soul] has led to instances where her Health paradoxically increases when she is executed by an enemy. To address this, we have decided to retain this feature while reducing its minimum recovery effect.

[h3]VIII. Other Adjustments[/h3]
The method for calculating the charge time of certain skills has been revised. Post this update, and the following skills will also benefit from the boosts provided by the [Skill CD Speed] Glyph:
  • Matari's [Flash: Repeat]
  • Feria Shen's [Rocket Thrust] when in the Bronze Mech form of [Mech Mayhem].

The issue where the actual strike range of the third stage of the Horizontal Strike was smaller than the range of its visual effect has been rectified.

[h2]Out-game Adjustments[/h2]
[h3]I. Adjustments to the rules for calculating Hero Scores[/h3]
We have adjusted the rules for calculating Hero Scores to enhance the impact of the Immortal War on these scores. Here are the specifics:
  • Upon completing a ranked mode or an Immortal War match, your Hero Score will be adjusted based on your performance and the current Rank Score. However, once you surpass the specified [threshold], the difficulty of earning Hero Scores will significantly increase.
  • [Threshold]: The base threshold equals to the current Rank Score, capped at a maximum of 7,500 points. In Immortal War, the threshold will be raised, with the increased ratio calculated as (highest score across various modes of Immortal War - 3,000)/8,000. For instance, suppose your score in Ranked Mode (Solo) stands at 1,000 points, and your peak score across various modes of the Immortal War is 5,000 points. In that case, when you engage in a solo Ranked Mode, the threshold for your Hero Score would be calculated as follows: 1,000 x (1+ (5,000 -3,000)/8,000).

[h3]II. Team Display Customization[/h3]
Players now can customize each team Collection display by adding backgrounds, bases, and gestures.

[h3]III. Adjustment to Display of Teammate Performance in Previous Match[/h3]
Visual effects have been enhanced, and a display time limit has been introduced.

In future seasons, the Kills Leaderboard and Survival Leaderboard will be removed.

[h3]V. Rotating Mode[/h3]
The Shadow Surge will no longer be part of the rotating mode, with only the Capture the Spirit Well gameplay retained.

New items are added to the Baize Shop.

Purchases of the Meeting Chests have been reset. Players that had purchased the Meeting Chests before can purchase it again. With the same price as before, there are more and updated rewards inside the chest now, including the Legendary Longsword Skin, Peerless Treasure Choice Gift*10.
Meeting Chests on Xbox and PS5 will be updated in the next version.

  • The strike timing for the Blue Focus move of [Omnius·Beast] when stepping on water in mid-air has been delayed.
  • The timing detection of the binding array of [Fiery Monster] has been optimized, and the discrepancy between the strike range and visual effect range of Yi's Instrument has been rectified.
  • The probability of [Water Ent] spitting water toward the sky has been slightly reduced, and the hit detection of weak points has been relaxed.

These Souljades can only be used within Yama's Abyss and are not available for acquisition or development.

  • Defuse·Combo (Concentrate), Defuse·Solve (Concentrate) and Defuse·Dash (Concentrate) are now integrated as Defuse (Concentrate), with an effect of triggering Defuse (Counterattack) more easily.
  • Defuse·Combo (Counterattack), Defuse·Solve (Counterattack) and Defuse·Dash (Counterattack) are integrated as Defuse (Counterattack) with an effect of Melee attacks and triggering Defuse can fill the Defuse slot. When it is filled, a Defuse (Counterattack) will consume the Defuse slot, unleashing a Counterstrike Combo that deals 60% increased damage.
//Dev’s Notes: We strive to reduce the difficulty for the new players to understand Defuse, and to familiarize them with the Souljade system and the mechanics of Defuse. Additionally, we plan to enhance the existing Souljades while preserving their sub-attributes, allowing for greater flexibility in Souljade builds.

  • When Fatigue resets, you will gain random Legendary or Epic Showdown Souljades based on 20% of your drop rate last week. Only Souljades dropped from the completed stages on Morus Isle and Holoroth, or challenged Enigma Domain can be acquired this way.

  • Fatigue Compensation will be calculated starting from the first week and distributed on the second week.

  • An issue with Takeda Nobutada's [Demonic Aid: Force], where the damage dealt was beyond expectations when hitting an enemy at specific distances with [Demonic Strike: Havoc] of White or Purple tiers, has been rectified. However, the hit effect remains unchanged.

    //Dev’s Notes: Previously, at distances of 3-5m, 5-7m, 9.5-12m, etc., using [Demonic Strike: Havoc] of White or Purple tiers surprisingly resulted in higher damage than the one of Gold tier. This was due to an additional strike beyond our expectations. We've decided to keep this extra strike but have slightly reduced its damage multiplier.

  • Fixed an issue where Kurumi's skills were behaving abnormally under certain conditions.

[h3]II. Audio-related Bugs[/h3]
  • The problem causing players to mistakenly hear a falling sound effect upon opening the home interface in Fairyland Penglai has been addressed, along with the occasional disappearance of background music.
  • The music-playing mechanism for emotes has been refined. Now, when a player in Fairyland Penglai uses an emote with accompanying music, the music will resume playing even when the home interface is opened.
