A. No, you do not need to own an edition of NARAKA to earn Drops on Twitch. However, to claim your Drops in the game, please ensure that you have linked your NARAKA account with your Twitch account.

Q. Do I need to watch the same channel the entire time to earn my Drops?
A. No, for this specific campaign, you can earn progress towards a Drop from watching any stream in the NARAKA: BLADEPOINT directory on Twitch. You can, for example, watch half an hour on one channel and then switch to another channel without losing your progress. Please note, however, that you cannot earn progress faster by watching more than one channel at a time as this will halt your Twitch Drop progress.

Q. Will I receive my Twitch Drops rewards in-game automatically?
A. No. You should claim the Drop on the channel you’re watching or in the Drops Inventory menu on Twitch. Then upon logging into the game, you should receive an in-game mail with your Drop items.

New Weapon + Gameplay Details

Introducing Dual Halberds the congeneric weapon of the Dual Blades. These blades are as sharp as they are intricate. A spear-sword hybrid, they allow for quick and punishing combos where their horizontal Focus attack can actually launch enemies airborne. This combined with their dashing uppercut can put pressure on your opponent and are sure to help you turn the tide in your matches.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT New Hero - Tessa

Tessa is the newest hero to join us in Season 9. She will be available to play on August 9. As a descendant of the Tushan, she has a kinship with the kitsune. Able to fuse with them, her vulpine form exhibits both beauty and danger. Playful, fun, and chaotic, you never know when she smiles if it marks her own happiness or your imminent demise (maybe both)!



Free-To-Play and PS5

3D Lobby - The new 3D lobby is a fun place to explore and discover special missions that you and your friends can complete together. Get matching, explore and collect rewards!


Capture Spirit Well - Experience a new kind of battle with 12-player teams and morale mechanics. Factions consist of 12 players, who are divided into teams of three. Players on the same team cannot select the same hero. Earning anniversary points for your faction in this way unlocks new cosmetics and discount coupons that can be used to acquire them.

[h3]1)When will NARAKA go free to play and what exactly does this change mean? [/h3]

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT will go free to play on July 13, 2023. The server will go offline for maintenance at 2 p.m. PST that day.
After the maintenance, you can download the game from our website, Steam, Epic, Xbox, and PS5, and create a free account; then join us in Morus Isle—we look forward to meeting all of you!

[h3]2)Why did you choose to go free to play? [/h3]

We want to make NARAKA accessible for as many players around the world as possible, so we're making it free to play. We hope that reaching this milestone will boost the game's popularity and help us reach an even wider audience!

[h3]3) What does the free version offer to players?[/h3]

All in-game content is available to free players, including all game modes, events, cosmetics, character customization, etc.

You can also purchase any of the Standard/Deluxe/Ultimate editions with gold in game which will grant access to new heroes more quickly.



* Hero Coins are the currency used to purchase new heroes in NARAKA. There are a variety of ways in-game to earn them. New players will have a cap of 35 per week but those who wish to remove that limit can purchase any of our edition upgrades.

[h3]4)If I already have an account, do I need to take any steps before the transition?[/h3]

No, if you already have a NARAKA: Bladepoint account then you are all set. Simply login and continue playing.

[h3]5)What can I receive if I already own the game?[/h3]

Depending on the edition of NARAKA that you purchased you receive a set amount of Gold, and all editions receive the same items. You will receive 1960 Gold for Standard Edition, 3360 Gold for Deluxe Edition, and 4960 Gold for Ultimate Edition. In addition, all editions will receive an exclusive Avatar, another exclusive Viper Ning outfit, and 10 Glory Chest Choice Gifts.
You will receive all items by in-game mail after the server maintenance on July 13. Remember to log in and claim your rewards before they expire on October 14.

[h3]6)What if I buy and play NARAKA Bladepoint between now and when it goes free to play. Do I get anything?[/h3]

If you purchase NARAKA and create a character during this period, you will be eligible for our existing players rewards:

Yes, all of your account data and items will remain when NARAKA transitions to free to play.

Yes, as long as you purchase NARAKA on Steam again before 9 a.m. PST, July 13.

Yes.

No, all NARAKA accounts are bound to the storefront and platform that the game was initiated on. This means that you cannot migrate your PC account to PS5 and similarly you cannot migrate your Epic Games account to Steam.
