The details for this update are as follows:

Brand-new content!
I. Brand-new System: Congeneric Weapon System
1. New Weapon: Staff

Heavy raindrops hit autumn leaves. The universe is set in Immortal's Mountain.
In the new version, we will bring you "the origin of all melee weapons" - Staff. Come and try it out for yourself!

2. Congeneric Weapons
One produces two; two produce three; three produce all.
The new weapon "Staff" and "Spear", which you're already familiar with both belong to the category of "Long-handle Weapon", and are called as Congeneric Weapons. Though trying to lower the starting difficulty of the new weapon as much as possible, we will still bring you a brand-new combat experience and the fun of the game.
(1) Congeneric Strike: Staff has the same horizontal and vertical strike combos as Spear.
(2) Congeneric Souljade: [Spear Sap] is renamed as [Long-handle Weapon Sap] and is now a shared Souljade for Staff and Spear together with [Dual Ring].

3. New Item: Crafting Hammer
Like martial arts itself, weapons are diversified as well.
Added a new in-game item named [Crafting Hammer], which can be used to switch Congeneric Weapons.
(1) Item Effect: players can use it to switch between Congeneric Weapons, while maintaining the same quality and fully restoring the durability.
(2) How to obtain: it can be obtained from the Rift Dealer or Morus' Blessing.

II. Area Updates
1. Brand-new Main Area: Yushan Ruins
Yushan Ruins has been covered in ice for a thousand years. Now it has come out again. Is it a blessing? Or a curse?

2. As the ice melts, coralline tree in the center of the oasis reappears, bringing endless vitality to the place.

III. Brand-new Mechanism: Enigmatic Rift
1. Interaction with Enigmatic Rift will teleport players to the indicated location, with a CD of 18 sec (independently counted for each player).
2. The location of Enigmatic Rift may vary in different matches, but it can be known when players choose their spawn points.
3. Enigmatic Rift only appears in Yushan Ruins.

IV. Brand-new Weather
1. Added a brand-new weather to Holoroth: Starry Night (in place of Night).
2. In Starry Night, players will encounter a new weather event: Meteor Rain.
During the Meteor Rain, numerous meteors will fall from the sky, causing damage within an area. Where the meteor crashed, a stardust will remain for a while. Attacking the stardust helps to restore a certain amount of Rage for all units within range. And new Troves will appear in the area of Meteor Rain and disappear after it ends.

V. Realm of Yang Now is Available in the Herald's Trial
Modes: Ranked Mode, Quick Match and BOT Mode.
How to play:
1. There are 2 rounds in each match, with the 1st round having 3 Realms of Yang and the 2nd round only 1.
2. Winner: The winner will obtain Morus' Blessing, details of which are as follows:
(1) Solo Mode
i. Morus' Blessing rewards for the winner of the 1st round: Vermillion Bird's Might or Mystic Might, as well as other equipment and items from Morus' Blessing of the current round.
ii. Morus' Blessing rewards for the winner of the 2nd round: Mystic Might, as well as other equipment and items from Morus' Blessing of the current round.
(2) Duos and Trios Modes:
i. Morus' Blessing rewards for the winner of the 1st round: any one of Draco Storm, Vermillion Bird's Might and Mystic Might, as well as other equipment and items from Morus' Blessing of the current round.
ii. Morus' Blessing rewards for the winner of the 2nd round: Draco Storm or Mystic Might, as well as other equipment and items from Morus' Blessing of the current round.

VI. Limited-time Event: Moonbane's Illumination
As the ice sheets in Yushan Ruins thin and fade, an ancient temple is revealed to the world once more.
Bathed in Moonbane's cool flame, mysterious writings start to appear on a long-lost scroll...
Event time: From 11/16/2022 20:00 (UTC) to 12/01/2022 00:00 (UTC)
Event Info:
1. Complete daily quests to earn Moonbane Candles and Serpent Rings. Serpent Rings can be redeemed for exclusive event rewards.
2. Moonbane Candles are used to light up Yushan Scrolls for random quests. Complete these to earn plentiful rewards, including Dawn Treasures.
3. All players share the same scroll quests and once you've completed a certain one, it will not appear again for the second time.
*It's been whispered that there have been sightings of Yushan treasures in the world following the melting of the Yushan glaciers.

Hero Adjustments
I. Yueshan
1. Shortened the recovery frames of the second stage of his Horizontal and Vertical Strikes under the General's state.
2. Target hit by [Rampage] will not be knocked airborne by common attacks.
3. [Rampage: Formation] will not lose its effect before and after the transform of [Troop Decimation: Formation]. When [Troop Decimation: Formation] is active, Yueshan will cast [Rampage: Formation] simultaneously.
4. Decreased the duration of [Rampage: Formation] from 5s to 4s, and increased its CD from 20s to 25s.
5. Adjusting the [Line Breaker: Ambition]'s effect of reducing enemies' attack to 40%, but it no longer boosts allies' attack. 6. Increased the duration of [Troop Decimation], [Troop Decimation: Heaven's Descent] and [Troop Decimation: Formation] from 25s to 30s.

II. Takeda Nobutada
[Demonic Strike] and [Demonic Strike·Havoc] will no longer cause a stagger effect to Yueshan in the General state (when charging or casting skills) and Tianhai in the Vajra state.

Weapon Adjustments
I. General Adjustments for Ranged Weapons
Aiming with the right mouse button was added to all ranged weapons.

II. Longsword
1. Slightly reduced the stagger time caused by launching horizontal strikes while sprinting to enemies on the ground with Longsword.
2. Increased the attack range of crouch horizontal strike with the Longsword.

III. Dual Blades
Slightly increased the stagger time of the standing enemies caused by [Severance]’s forepart strike, to ensure that the enemies have no chance to parry its posterior strike.

IV. Dagger
Slightly reduced the attack and Focus duration of [Uppercut Rush].

V. Spear
Optimized the motion of the Upward Strike.

VI. Nunchucks
Optimized the motion of vertical charging while sprinting.

Showdown Adjustments
I. Combat Adjustments
1. Adjustments to Damage Multipliers of Omnius·Rock's grabbing attack:
(1) Damage Multipliers of Omnius·Rock's ranged grabbing attack were decreased from 2 to 0.5;
(2) Damage Multipliers of Omnius·Rock's airborne grabbing attack were increased from 0.28 to 0.5.
2. Reduced the smashing damage when Omnius·Rock has multiple players in hand.
(1) Damage Multipliers of Omnius·Rock's smashing attack when he grabbed multiple players in hand were decreased from 12 to 9;
(2) Damage Multipliers to the players on the ground when Omnius·Rock smashes the in-hand players were decreased from 3 to 1.
3. Adjusted the attack of Ominus In Nightscream level:
(1) Attack of Omnius·Hell Scorch was decreased by 22%.
(2) Attack of Omnius·Rock was decreased by 27%.
4. In the Hard level, increase the probability of Omnius·Hell Scorch's blue Focus strike.
5. Added the special-effect prompt of Omnius·Rock's grabbing attack.
6. Reduced the tracking performance of Omnius·Rock's dashing attack.

II. Sense Level Adjustments
1. Adjusted the maximum Sense Level of Souljades dropped in different levels:
Maximum Sense Level of Souljades dropped in different levels were increased according to difficulty. Now players can get Showdown Souljades with the Sense Level higher than what is recommended in next difficulty level.
2. When the player’s Sense Level is higher than the recommended one, monsters’ damage to whom is highly decreased.

III. Omen Adjustments
Adjusted the affected area of the Forbidden Seal in [Omnius Descent]. It now only covers about half of the battlefield.

Ⅳ. Optimization
1. Optimized the motion of Omnius·Rock
2. Optimized the combat move of monsters in Desert Tribulations.

In-game Adjustments
I. Temporarily Unavailable Casual Modes
"Bloodsport" and "Omni's Nightmare" are temporarily unavailable. "Shadow Surge" and "Through the Fire" will open at a certain time every day. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

II. Adjustments to Holoroth
1. Map Adjustments
(1) Added two new collapsed areas to the walls of the City of Tang.
(2) Adjusted the structure of Boomerang Cliff. A new spot and an entry route were added.
2. Mechanism Adjustments
Added Firefly Cages to the Starry Night weather in Holoroth.

III. Adjustments to Herald's Trial Mode
1. Number of Morus' Blessings for the first and second round was reduced from 2 to 1.
2. Rebirth Charms in Rift Dealer was increased from 2 to 3.

IV. AI Opponents Adjustments
1. Optimized the behaviors of AI opponents in Easy level.

V. Movement Adjustments
Optimized the hit feeling when a player runs between the left and right wall.

VI. In-game Optimization
1. Sound Effect Optimization
Optimized the sound effect of the Grappling Hook. Players can now tell the difference between the sound of an enemy's and an ally's Grappling Hook by the sound effects.
2. Special Effect Optimization
(1) Optimized the special effect of burning.
(2) Optimized the special effect when rescuing (default).
(3) Optimized the special effect of kill announcement (default).

VII. Optimization of the settlements in the Survival Modes
1. The top 2 teams can choose whether to fight till the end or quit the game, without reputation score loss.
2. Settlement interface will show stats of all players in the top 2 teams.

Out-game Adjustments
I. Adjustments to the Reset Time of Weekly Rotation Modes
The reset time of weekly rotation modes is changed to 20:00 (UTC) on every Wednesday. This change involves Casual Modes, Weekly Reward, Showdown, which is in accordance with the refresh of Weekly Battle Pass Quests and our other general updates.

II. Justice Chamber
1. The Justice Chamber feature was thoroughly upgraded. Previous Justice Chambers will be disbanded.
2. New features such as naming and announcement were added. Players can join others' Justice Chamber or use Tae/Gold to create one and without purchasing the Advanced Hidden Treasure.
3. Justice Chamber will play a primary role in the upcoming major events, and more exclusive Justice Chamber features will be available soon. Please stay tuned!

III. Free Training Adjustments
1. Adjusted the initial positions of players, Rift Dealer and most training opponents in free training mode.
2. Fixed an issue where training opponents occasionally could not attack with blue Focus during counter practice.

IV. Hero Badge
1. Added new grades to Hero Badge [Cotton Finery], [Formidable Cache], [War Lust].
2. Added more Hero Badges.
3. Hero Badge Profile will show in more interfaces.

V. Weapons
Optimized the design of the weapon interface. The category of the congeneric weapon was added to the melee weapon.

VI. Narakapedia
1. Optimized the interface of Souljades in Narakapedia. Players now can easily distinguish the shared Souljades of congeneric weapons.
2. Adjusted demo videos of Narakapedia, which will now play after tapping.

VII. Friends
Added messages of Extreme skin looting in friend status notifications.

VIII. Adjustments to Talent Tab
Talent is now moved in the Hero interface.

Client Optimization
1. Fixed an issue where running a game for an extended time could cause a memory leak when DLSS was enabled on NVIDIA.

I. BATTLEPASS Updates
[Spark] BATTLEPASS is now available, which includes a variety of valuable items and skins! Players can obtain more rewards through unlocking Hidden Treasure!

II. Regular Treasure in Pavilion: Lotus Treasure is now available
The price of Lotus Treasure is 240 Gold each. Open it you're likely to get Tianhai Extreme Outfit [Illuminated Lotus], Valda Cui Extreme Outfit [Merfolk Finery], Nunchucks Extreme Skin [Dragons' Duet], Longsword Extreme Skin [Magmata] and more.
Minimum Guarantee:
1. Loop Guarantee: On top of the basic drop rate, players are guaranteed to receive at least 1 Purple (Epic) or better reward during the process of opening at most 10 Treasures. This can be triggered multiple times.
2. Special Guarantee: On top of the basic drop rate, players are guaranteed to receive at least 1 Red (Extreme) reward during the process of opening the first 100 Treasures. This cannot be triggered repeatedly.
3. Red (Extreme) rewards will not be repeated until all of them have been obtained.

Ⅲ. Added Hero Badge Store
The rainbow silhouettes a sky glowing with crimson and purple.
[Hero Badge] store is now available. Use your Hero Badge Points to upgrade it and unlock Lotus Treasures and amazing cosmetics!

I. Hero-related Bugs
Fixed an issue where the bullets of ranged skills released by certain heroes when they were under attack would not take effect upon hitting enemies.

1. Optimized an issue where monsters in Showdown were prone to reset their attack motion during network fluctuation.
2. Fixed a bug where players couldn't turn charging to counter after getting up from the ground.
3. Fixed a bug where the Wyrmling would not take damage while being hit by golden Focus.

Ⅰ. Level Adjustments
1. Eventide Ember:
Strongholds with different sizes now have different colors. Gold means large strongholds while blue stands for small ones.
2. Immovable:
(1) Optimized the performance of the map by marking the monster refresh points in a more obvious way;
(2) Added 4 Scout Bells, which can help players find monsters;
(3) Fixed the issue that monsters sometimes stand still. And increased their tendency to attack Soul Altar·Immutable Wood.
3. Toppled Mountains:
Adjusted the skill AI of Omnius·Rock in Hard and Nightscream levels.

Ⅱ. Omens Adjustments
1. Hellhole:
Lowered the density of the Hellholes when Hellhole Omen is activated in all levels.
2. Death Spores
(1) Optimized the model of Toxishrooms of Death Spores Omen in Omnius Descent and Toppled Mountains modes to make them more distinguished.
(2) Toxishrooms can now influence Kurumi's circle. The circle that has been influenced can cause an extra toxic effect on monsters.

III. Showdown Souljades
1. Optimized Storage Interface.
2. Newly added feature to quickly unequip the Showdown Souljades.
3. Adjusted the damage multiplier of Souljade [Stormstride] from 2.85 to 1.95.

Ⅳ. Others
1. In Doom·Racing, the Sense Level of the Hero you chose will be fixed at 300 even when the level exceeds 300.
2. Newly added some in-game dialogues.
3. Now players will see a countdown page when players complete the level.
4. Added a subtitle that states the core mission to the title animation when players enter some levels; optimized the descriptions of some quests.
5. Optimized the special effect of [Defuse·Solve].

Out-game Adjustments
Ⅰ. Names of Modes Adjustments
For better understanding, the original name, "The Herald's Trial", was changed to "Ranked Mode-The Herald's Trial", and the "Quick Match" was changed to "Quick Match-The Herald's Trial".

Ⅱ. Free Training Adjustments
1. Added the "Combos Training" to help players practice and test various combos;
2. Increased the attacking frequency of AI opponents in the Counter Training;
3. Fixed the issue where AI opponents often hit walls in the Aim Training.

III. Hero Badge Adjustments
1. Newly added the Hero Badge for Showdown Racing Leaderboard.
2. Optimized Profile Display

Ⅳ. Game Settings
In Settings-Assist Settings, newly added Auto Pick up for Mouse&Keyboard and Controller. After enabling this feature, you'll automatically pick up another item nearby.

Client Optimization
1. Optimized the instantiation method of outfits, weapons, accessories, and other cosmetics, to improve the fluency when characters spawn.
2. Optimized the multi-threaded rendering architecture to improve FPS and fluency of the game on mid to low-end PCs.

3. Fixed the bug where the effect of Showdown Souljade [Warrior] is triggered by Clash, successful Counter or Defuse.
4. When the Souljade effect [Soul Release] is triggered during [Demonic Aid], Takeda Nobutada will recover 25% Rage. The issue that skills were refreshed but Rage was insufficient was fixed.

Brand-new content!
Ⅰ. A New Episode of Showdown
The sand and dust are lifted into the air by the eerie winds at the Shadowjade Mine, and in that veil of sand are the figures of the Eagle and the Grey Wolf.
From October 28th, Showdown will be available for a limited time on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In [Eventide Temple] and the new episode [Shadowjade Mine], heroes are gathering to confront the Herald's Boss, Omnius, along with his servants who appear as the first time.
1. New Hero Joined: Matari, Temulch
Matari and Temulch are now on the list to face the new challenges in Showdown.
2. Sense Level System
(1) When playing Showdown, there's a chance of getting Showdown Souljade (can't be shared among team members). Equip Showdown Souljades for heroes to grant them more powerful and diversified skills.
(2) Hero Sense Level equals the average of the levels of equipped Souljades. If the Hero Sense Level is lower than the recommended level, you'll cause less damage to the monsters while taking more damage from them. On the contrary, you'll cause more damage while taking less damage from them when with higher sense level.
(3) Enhance the Souljade to raise its sense level. As the Sense Level increases, heroes will gain extra attribute bonus.
3. Omens
In Hard and Nightscream levels, Omens will randomly appear every time you start a new match. There will be new challenges, along with more powerful Souljades that can enhance Weapon and Hero-exclusive Skills.
4. Doom
Complete certain levels and the event [Shadow of Dust] to unlock Doom mode, where stronger Omens that can't be seen in other modes will occur. Once completed, there's a chance of getting Legendary weapon skin [Flaming Ash·Burning], Legendary Showdown Souljades and titles by topping the rank of Racing Leaderboard.

II. Time-limited Event: Autumn Chill
Event time: 10/25/2022 16:00 (UTC) to 11/10/2022 16:00 (UTC)
Event Details:
1. Several Halloween Specters pop up during the preparation stage. Try grasp one!
2. Looting troves in the battle grant chances to obtain [Candy]. Each player can gain up to 5 Candies in every match and up to 8 per day.
3. If a player has 2 or more Candies in the match, one [Candy] will drop along with the weapon when being countered.
4. At the start of each round, an advanced reward can be selected as the special reward for this round. This selection is irreversible.
5. Complete event quests to get corresponding numbers of [Candy Bucket] and [Candy]. Send [Candy Bucket] to other players and you both get [Candy] (with extra Candy when sending Candy Bucket to friends). Use [Candy] to redeem event rewards of the current round.

III. Time-limited Event: Shadow of Dust
Sand in the air, and crisis within.

Event Rules:
1. Complete Event Quests for [Dust Emblem], and use [Dust Emblem] to redeem exclusive event rewards.
2. Complete any mode of Showdown to earn your individual points. Getting full points to claim individual rewards.
3. Clearing any mode of Showdown to earn whole-server points. Getting full points can unlock [Doom Mode]. Participate in it and there’s a slight chance to get the Legendary weapon skin [Flaming Ash·Burning].
*Note: Event quests can be refreshed only when the Showdown mode is open. At other times, you can redeem rewards only.

Hero Adjustments
Ⅰ.Kurumi
Adjusted the recovery amount of Kurumi's Ultimate [Sacred Circle: Rapid Healing] from 500 Health + 500 Armor to 750 Health. The additional Health recovered will be converted to Armor.

II. Ziping Yin
1. Weakened the effect of Ziping Yin's Skill [Aromatherapy: Embrace] in Solo Mode.
Adjusted to: Triggers [Inspiration Shield] if the player is attacked within 8 seconds (12 seconds in Duos/Trios Mode) after the player absorbed Spiritual Energy, lasting 5 seconds (8 seconds in Duos/Trios Mode). The effect ends in advance after taking 450 damages.
2. Adjusted the effects of Inspiration Shield for Ziping Yin's Skills [Aromatherapy: Embrace] and [Aromatherapy: Protection].
Inspiration Shield now cannot negate the freezing effects of Justina Gu's Ultimate [Arctic Wraith] [Shadowswipe], the airborne effect of Temulch's Skill [Zephyr Wisp] and the stagger effect of being smashed by Vajra.
//Dev Note: Inspiration Shield makes Ziping Yin escape easily in Solo Mode. Therefore, we decreased its duration and threshold of damage taken.
3. Adjusts Ziping Yin's Ultimates
(1) Adjusted the basic Recovery effect per second of [Saving Grace] from 35 Health + 30 Armor to 45 Health. The additional Health recovered will be converted to Armor.
(2) Adjusted the basic Recovery effect per second of [Saving Grace: Aegis] from 30 Health + 30 Armor to 35 Health. The additional Health recovered will be converted to Armor.
//Dev Note: Ziping Yin's Ultimate [Saving Grace] takes effect slowly, continues for a long time, and won't cost all Rage immediately after casting. Therefore, we made it more flexible to cast. It used to recover both Health and Armor simultaneously, which inevitably made players tend to cast it when they had low Health or Armor. Therefore, we adjusted the recovery mechanism to stabilize the benefits gained from casting it.

III. Yoto Hime
Increased the Rage required for Yoto Hime's all Ultimates from 25% to 40%, and decreased the Rage required for each slash from 25% to 20%.

Ⅳ. Valda Cui
1. Decreased the Immune time after the Horizontal Strike of Valda Cui's Ultimate [Nether Nightmare: Bind] water spear hits the enemies from 3 to 1 second.
2. Optimized the movement performance of Valda Cui after unleashing [Nether Nightmare] and [Nether Nightmare: Bind] sea dragon.

V. Takeda Nobutada
Increased the cooldown of Takeda Nobutada Ultimate's derived skill [Demonic Strike·Havoc] from 3 to 4 seconds.

VI. Tarka Ji
It costs less Energy for Tarka Ji to cast ultimate [Blackout], other talents, and 2nd stage Dodge.
