Master & Pupil event follow-up action
Dear Rakioners,
Frist, we feel sorry that our actions took too much times after the issue is happen. We try to regulate the user who did do illegal or abused action to get Master & Pupil graduate rewards. We try not to give penalty to the user who honestly play their game and do their effort to get more rewards.(Some of our players get 50 levels in short time without hack or farming)
The bottom line is this
1) We ban the users who use hack or other illegal method to get 50 level
2) We return the gacha items that comes from Master & Pupil rewards that their pupil use hack to get rewards
2-1) We also delete the 2nd & 3rd gacha items too
2-2) We will give back the 2nd & 3rd ticket to ticket, cash to R.cash
Again, We are very sorry for our late action to solve this problem, and there the Master & Pupil event will be resume soon with limited rewards per account soon. Hope you can understand this situation.
