Developer Update [Hose Update Coming Next week]

Bug testing is going as expected, and smoothly. There will be a public build up on the testing branch by the end of next week.

I am expecting to have the final public build out shortly after.

The new tanker will be included in this. I am having all of our trucks remodeled, and upgraded.



Moving forward after this update I will be moving the game closer to simulation, and less arcade. I will adding smaller details, and making the game overall more complex with features. This build marks the end of the "building the foundation" of the game phase, and all our core systems are in place. We will be moving to ALPHA Status once this build is polished up a bit. The days are coming to an end of just being a simple firefighting game, and I want to make sure the entire fanbase has something to have fun with.




Bakon is also working on a Manual Q as we have figured out how to do it properly. I will be upgrading all sirens, and truck handling very soon!

Developer Update

Just wanted to put out an update to you guys about what is currently going on behind the scenes.

- Final Tutorial level is about 85 percent complete
- Hose is 90 percent complete. Bakon is finishing up the networking, and bug testing of it.
- Graphic road map is about 99 percent complete, just needs some minor adjustments

The coming major update to the game features this :

- City Area to Station 4, with new emergency locations
- Two new tutorial levels (5-10 minutes each)
- Fire Hose ( Simple pumping) Advance pumping is coming later
- Lots of networking / bug fixes (Including the clients not being able to control the tower)
- Further game optimizations

Once this update is out I am going to be working on

- AI Companion Firefighters
- Vehicle Traffic / Pedestrian AI

Then the Major Forestry update that I was going to work on prior to this update.

I will attempt to get a build out on testing branch within the next week or two as things are getting put back together. Hose will not be in the testing build yet, until we have it 100 percent polished, and ready to debut it.
