Build 3.0b Live on Testing branch (World map + Minimap + Vaulting)

Additions

- Farm Single Level map

Interaction Additions
- Added Emergency Door Interaction UI
- Added Window Vaulting + Window UI

Bug Fixes
- Fixed keybind causing player model to spawn
- Fixed Host being able to glitch passenger seat of Tower Bucket
- Fixed Passenger Hud Not showing for seats
- Fixed Trucks only being able to have 1 passenger. now they can properly have up to 4 + driver
- Fixed Propane tanks staying in second phase causing players to be unable to shut it off
- Fixed De-spawning SUV/CAR
- Fixed Opening doors from the inside
- Fixed Garage doors opening on inside
- Fixed doors being locked 100 percent of the time

World Map + Minimap
- Added to firefighter
- Added to Vehicles

Controller Support improvements

- Citizens have controller support
- Sprinting only requires single click instead of holding
- Main hud has controller support
- World Map has controller support
- Cad has Full controller support w/ button prompts

Canton County Changes

- Adjusted layout of rear of prison to allow easier access to the fire
- Redid loading / unloading of zone distances to allow more time for loading prior to arriving to call

Bug Fixes

- Fixed Citizen/Volley mode (For some reason a while line of code was missing "I blame Bakon"
- Removed normal Clothing, replaced it with station wear
- Fixed Shadow issue with command Car
- Fixed Lights on Command Vehicle
- Fixed some light textures on rescue truck
- Fixed Roll up door cutting sound extending to entire map
- Fixed building being only filled with smoke, and no fire
- Fixed sitting in Chair
- Fixed Laying in bed
- Fixed Venting on Griffen Dr not removing smoke
- Fixed Propane tanks acting correctly (Accidentally skipped over some important code)

Changes
- Replaced Civilian animations with higher quality ones
- Added Turn Signals To rescue truck
- Can now drive fire trucks in station wear
- Lowered the brightness of headlights a little bit

- Breaker Boxes Can be found in some of the emergencies now. They will need to be extinguished with the extinguisher, you will damage yourself if you put water on it
- Added Farm house fire + Shed fire off Pine Rd (Station 3 Local)
- Added Cabin Fire at lake
- Added Gas Station Fire next to Station 2
- New Breakable glass at Gas Station
- New Roof Venting Code for Gas Station (You need to cut the top, and hook the drywall below for the smoke to vent)
- Added 2nd House Fire to 2nd Development off Eagle Rd
- Added 2nd House Fire to 1st Development off Griffen Rd
- Tower Ladder puts itself away when outriggers are put away
- Added House under construction fire to Farm (Station 2 grid)
- Added Barn Fire to Farm (Station 2 Grid)
- Added Barn Fire 2 to Farm (Station 2 Grid)
- Added Barn Fire 3 to Farm (Station 2 Grid)
- Added Two structure fires at prison

Backend Code Changes [I am not able to replicate these issues]
- Updated Spawn code as an attempt to fix the white screen report
- Updated Fire code as an attempt to fix the invisible fire report

Extra notes

- Sitting / Sleeping is disabled for Citizen mode until I configure the models with it
