The Sims 4 leak gives us our first look at the Castle Estate Kit

Maxis has announced what The Sims 4 players can expect between now and April.

According to the developer, Sims players can expect two “highly anticipated” Kits, one beautiful SDX Drop, one Sparkling Stuff Pack, one Celebratory Kit, and one co-created Style Kit during the period.

EA has released some interesting player stats for EA Sports FC, The Sims 4, Apex Legends, more

Electronic Arts has released some interesting figures about some of its games.

The figures highlight the publisher's 2023 and cover games such as EA Sports FC 2024, Madden NFL 24, The Sims 4, and others.

Some interesting stats from FC 2024 include 1.7 billion total cross-play matches, and FC Mobile saw 45.1 billion games played and 103.5 billion goals scored.

The Sims 4's For Rent expansion is out, letting you live your landlord dreams

Squashed as it was between The Game Awards, a dozen or more game announcements, and the release of The Finals and The Day Before, you can be forgiven for missing the release of the latest expansion for The Sims 4 on December 7th. For Rent adds multi-family lots to the aging dollhouse 'em up, and with it the ability to be a landlord or renter within apartnment buildings.

The Sims just got official merch and it's about as pricy as the average expansion pack

The Sims has a new official merch store and, provided you’ve got a decent amount of disposable income to spend on things with green diamonds on them, it might be worth checking out.

Surprisingly, given how notorious it’s been for charging players an arm, a leg, and the rights to their first-born children for expansion packs, this is the first time the series has properly delved into the merch zone. Unsurprisingly, some of the goods on offer will set you back a pretty penny, as is often the way with official merchandise.

If you head on over to The Sims Shop, you’ll find a bunch of different items designed to appeal to the kind of people who’ve disposed of more poor sims than they can count by deleting the ladders from swimming pools. “From hoodies to socks, we've got you covered from Plumbob to toe,” as the Tweet from the official Sims account announcing the shop’s arrival put it.
