Greetings, this is Shadow Arena.

As announced previously, the South American server will have been merged with the North American server after today’s maintenance.

With this merge, all SA players will be playing with NA players in the same battlefield and we hope that this will provide a more satisfactory gameplay experience.

For any questions regarding the server merge, please check the above notices and contact our Customer Support team for additional inquiries.

It may be difficult to accurately check previous game data after a long time has passed so we request that all inquiries regarding the server merge be sent by December 31, 2020 (Thu) 11:59 (BRT).

We will continue to do our best to provide fun and satisfactory gameplay experiences in the new merged server.

④ Players who successfully submit their vote will receive the participation reward and the successful prediction reward if their prediction is correct!

- Event rewards will be sent during the November 26, 2020 (Thu) maintenance.

■ Attendance Rewards

* Items that can be taken into a match will be sent to the Loot Stroage and all other rewards will be sent to the Shop Storage.

* Login rewards reset everyday automatically at the following times:

- ASIA server : Everyday 00:00 (UTC+9)

- NA, EU/RU server : Everyday 00:00 (UTC+0)

* If the Storage is full, the “Receive Rewards” button is activated at the bottom of the reward icon and you must click on the button to receive the item.

* Once the “Receive Rewards” button is activated, all rewards received aftewards must be claimed by clicking on the button.

④ If you have the tickets in possession, you are entered into the raffle automatically.

- If you have tickets in multiple servers, the first server you received the ticket will be considered as your participation.

[Event 1]

- Unclaimed rewards due to not logging in during the event period cannot be restored.

- If the item was already sent or used, it cannot be restored.



[Event 2]

- Winners will be announced on the official website within 2 weeks after the event period is over.

- Winners cannot choose specific details such as the color of the prize.

- Please note that the specifics (color, etc.) of the event prizes cannot be selected by the winner and will be arbitrarily decided by Pearly Abyss.

- Pearl Abyss may request documents and/or information that is necessary to deliver the event prizes. If the requested documents and/or information are not submitted to Pearl Abyss, the winner understands that they are forfeiting the event prizes.

- Pearl Abyss may collect the personal information of the winners with their agreement/consent in order to deliver the event prizes.

- You will receive rewards corresponding to the number of new Clan members that joined the clan during the event period and reached Silver 5 rank or higher.
* Clan invitation can only be done by Clan Leader.


Event Reward
* The number of Clan members and their tiers are based on data on December 10, 2020 (Thu) before maintenance.
* Event rewards are cumulative.
> For example, if 5 new Clan members reached Silver 5 or higher, then you will receive a total of 10,000 Silvers and 1 [Event] Silver Booster (3 Days).
