① Login to Shadow Arena before the start of the event match.

② The GM will be participating in Team match during the event times.

③ Find the GM in the Team match!

④ Defeat the GM and get an [Event] Hero Selection Coupon.

- The event reward will be given to the player who defeats the GM regardless of the match ranking/placement results.

- The reward will be sent to you by in-game mail on the same day as the end of the event. (This mail will expire in 90 days, so please make sure to receive the reward from the mail before it expires).

- You can receive the reward for defeating the GM more than once, and this includes defeating the GM during the grace period.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change/cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- If your account is restricted for violating the Terms of Service, you may be disqualified and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.

In order to provide you with a better gaming experience, Shadow Arena has performed a regularly scheduled maintenance every Thursday of each week.

However, we want to be able to more actively implement your feedback as quickly as possible during this Early Access period, so we will be performing maintenances without a fixed schedule at the least impactful times available.

As a result, we will be performing “irregular” maintenances instead of “regular” or “temporary” maintenances from now on during the Early Access period.

We plan to announce maintenance dates and times as soon as they are finalized, and we will provide the same compensation for unregular maintenances that we provided for temporary maintenances.
