Small Update for Bug Fixes

BUG FIXES:
• Fixed but that wasn't clearing private jet ownership and selected gig banner on new games from the previously loaded game.
• No longer show upcoming gig travel warning for flying if driving will still get you there before the gig.
• Fixed bug that allowed the chauffeur keyboard shortcut to do chauffeuring when you don't have a manager.
• Changed chauffeur button to show the keyboard shortcut instead of $100.
