A Few Fixes & Minor Enhancements

BUG FIXES:
• Fixed bug that was preventing "Help Wanted" from showing on mini-map location tooltips.
• Fixed bug that showed a renamed manager's original name on phone calls.
• Fixed equipment trade-in value calculation for business skill. It was calculating trade-in values too low.
MISCELLANEOUS:
• Increased band's rate of popularity increase by 5x based on song popularity, after a recent update limited song popularity based on hit potential, but didn't compensate for how that would affect band popularity gain. Hit songs matter a lot!
• Perpetually save which tag you're filtered on in the salvageable songs screen, so you can choose a tag to represent salvageable songs, and that screen will always default to showing only those songs.
• Add an extra confirmation when salvaging a song that has at least 1 popularity already, since it means you've played it and people like it.
• Show "Gig on X Date" on location street labels when booked at the location in the future.
• Save game exports now automatically include the currently installed "City Data" and "Wall Art Types" user-generated content, so I can load exported save games with all the proper content.
