The premiere of Animal Shelter is coming really soon! On this occasion, we decided to enable some of you access to the game earlier via Playtest! 🥳

[h3]WHAT ARE PLAYTEST?[/h3]
The main goal of Playtest is to provide the developers with a possibility to test the game, from the best testers - PLAYERS! Thanks to this feature developers can create a separate application containing the part of the game or the full game which the players can test. Most importantly, the players have unique access to the game!

[h3]HOW TO JOIN PLAYTEST?[/h3]
It is very simple. You must be logged into your Steam account. Then go to the main Steam page, scroll a little lower on the Steam page and see a banner like this 👇



Now all you have to do is click the green button "Request Access" and now wait for the invitation! We will contact only some of you.

[h3]FEEDBACK[/h3]
Most important thing for us is your feedback. If you find any bugs or language mistakes, please let us know. We listen to your ideas and suggestions from the very beginning, it is extremely important to us, to read your feedback.

Please remember, for now we are gathering people willing to participate in Playtests, so please be patient, as soon as we send out the first invitations, we will inform you about it. So if you want to be up to date with the latest news follow this steps:

Inventory is a very crucial feature of games like Animal Shelter. It's very important to carry with you the most needed equipment, especially if your mission is to take care of other creatures. Today we would like to present what it looks like in the prologue.



There are actually two ways of reaching the inventory - the first one is to use the quick selection. In order to do this, you need to simply use the scroll mouse button. For full access to the backpack and other needed information, you need to click the TAB button.



As you can see, here you can check not only your full inventory but also have additional info such as the needs of animals, e-mails, and notifications. We are convinced that this solution is perfect for keeping everything that's important in one place. And how about you? What do you think? 🐶

While working in Animal Shelter you need to be responsible and conscious of every single action. All these dogs and cats rely on you on daily basis, so it's very important to plan everything ahead and fulfill your tasks. But what if you decide to buy something online and... suddenly you realize that you forgot WHAT exactly you had to buy? 😊

Don't worry! We figured out the solution!

While walking around the shelter you will have your quests visible on the screen all the time, but when you for example enter the computer mode - not. We didn't want the quests to cover the whole computer screen. This is why we decided to make a shortcut for it!



After interacting with it, you will display all the quests that are hidden at the moment.

Every time we read your feedback about our prologue we are asking ourselves the same question... Have you noticed? 😊 But what are we really talking about right now? Okay, let's share more details about the topic of today's devlog.

While playing our prologue you had the opportunity to use the computer in the office several times. But have you noticed all the funny and comforting quotes that are "hidden" on the desktop? Well, maybe hidden is not the right word here, but we're sure that not everybody is aware that something like this exists in the game.

The quotes can be found below the date and time on the desktop.
