Adjustments and Update for Season 1

Hi Drifters, first of all, thank you to all the Association Members and Bounty Targets who have joined us in the world of SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada!

We are actively investigating and verifying reports of issues that some users may be experiencing since the servers have gone live. Please bear with us during this investigation so we can provide users with up to date information.

We have started addressing the value of in-game rewards, materials, and crafts, and will periodically adjust these rewards in a way that ensures a fun and progressive experience.

Upcoming Season 1 Update:
We will Introduce a new East Amasia Map, a massive new map that combines the Northern and Southern Zones for experienced Drifters! It won't be unlocked immediately; you'll need to progress your Requests to access it.

Future Plans:
We will adjust the price for certain CRADLECOFFIN parts to make it easier for new players to access lower rarity CRADLECOFFIN in a future update. Based on player data and feedback, an AO Crystal price adjustment has been done.

We hope for your continued support of SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada. Please look forward to more news and updates!

Synduality Echo of Ada review

Synduality Echo of Ada is one of those games that feels custom-made for me. A third-person mech action game that takes the extraction shooter formula and twists it into something more social and accessible, with an unusual structure hiding a wealth of optional story tied into a recent anime series. It aims high, but an interesting concept can only take you so far, and the end results here feels like three half-finished games stapled together...

Synduality Echo of Ada (PC) Review

This game diverges from a traditional mech experience, yet remains casual enough to be classified as one. Synduality Echo of Ada is a PvPvE mech extraction shooter where players are aided by an AI partner known as a Magus. Together, you must survive encounters with xenomorphic creatures and other players in the hunt for resources. Why hunt for resources? To live underground at a level beyond mere survival.

The year is 2222, decades after a mysterious poisonous rain known as the Tears of the New Moon wiped out most of humanity and created deformed creatures that now prey on the population. In the wake of this calamity, humans have been forced to construct underground havens to endure. Players take on the role of a Drifter, tasked with collecting the rare resource known as AO Crystals. Working alongside your Magus, you must combat creatures called Enders and navigate surface hazards. The AO Crystals you collect can be exchanged for money, as well as used to clean and craft upgrades... Read more

Synduality Echo of Ada Is One Big Social Experiment—With Producer Yosuke Futami

CGMagazine had the opportunity to preview a late-stage build of the upcoming PvPvE mech extraction shooter Synduality Echo of Ada. With numerous closed betas, the team at Bandai Namco has been actively listening to player feedback and plans to continue doing so, addressing issues such as the frequency of weapon breakage in the game.

After playing both the Sortie mode and Amasia Investigation mode (the single-player mode), CGMagazine had the chance to discuss the game’s design with renowned producer Yosuke Futami. Futami, who has produced most, if not all, of the Sword Art Online franchise of anime and games, is also involved with the companion anime series for this game, Synduality: Noir.

Speaking with Futami-san was enlightening, especially regarding the level of detail that went into building the world of Amasia and everything within it. I was particularly impressed to learn about Futami’s vision to create a world where social interactions could happen without the use of... Read more
