- Connections to the game will be terminated as soon as maintenance begins, and players will not be able to connect to the game during maintenance.
- Maintenance may change, be extended or end early according to the situation.
- The maintenance compensation items are provided via Mail at the moment when the maintenance is completely finished. (Once per account)

Ban Notice for Illegal Program Users - January 5th

We request your attention to the ban status of illegal program users as of January 5th.

Permanent Account Ban” is currently being applied against those illegal program users who ruin the fairness of the gaming environment.

We have banned accounts based on our internal detection system and the reports from users, and here we share a list of some banned users.

Bless Unleashed PC will maximize efforts to keep monitoring and banning illegal program users.

If you come across someone you suspect is ill-mannered, please report to our customer support with pictures or videos for an accurate ban process.

Bless Unleashed PC Service Transfer FAQ

The service of Bless Unleashed PC is handled by VALOFE as of January 26th, 2022.
As a lot of questions regarding the service transfer were found in our community channels, we would like to share the answer to major questions.

[h3][Account Related][/h3] Q. How will the account transfer be processed?
A. As it’s a simple transfer of the service operation ownership, processes such as account transfer will not be processed.
However, players need to agree ‘EULA’ before accessing the game since the service transfer on January 26th.

Q. Will all game data be deleted after the service transfer?
A. No. The current character data will remain the same and players can still continue playing the game even after the service transfer.

Q. Can the characters or items be deleted?
A. As long as players don’t delete characters by themself, characters and items will not be deleted.

Q. Do players need a VALOFE ‘VFUN’ account?
A. Players can play the game using the current Steam account without creating a VALOFE ‘VFUN’ account.

[h3][Purchase Related][/h3] Q. Will the purchase history and cash items for Bless Unleashed PC remain?
A. All the purchase history in Steam and cash items will remain.

Q. Can the purchase still be available after the service transfer?
A. Yes, you can purchase products in the same way.

[h3][Update Related][/h3] Q. What will happen to the Roadmap plan?
A. We tried to follow the update schedule promised in the roadmap, but it’s getting delayed due to the service transfer.
We will make efforts to share the update schedule as soon as the review of the future update plan by VALOFE is done.

First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation to everyone.

We would like to inform you that the service of Bless Unleashed PC will be provided by VALOFE as of January 26th, 2022.
[VALOFE], a global game company that handles development, publishing and operation,
will take the overall service of Bless Unleashed PC.

We deeply apologize for sharing this sudden news.

Please also be informed that this transfer of service will not affect your access to the game through Steam.

1) Steam : Change of Steam platform publishing ownership
- As the game data and account/payment information related to the game are based in the Steam platform, a transfer of them will not be performed.


2) Official Website(blessunleashedpc.com) : Block of new registration and deletion of all membership data
- A registration for the official website will be blocked and all membership data will be deleted.
- Date of Registration Block : December 27th, 2021
- Date of Official Website Membership Deletion : January 24th, 2022
- Block of In-game Account Linking (blessunleashedpc.com) : December 27th, 2021


3) Customer Support : Operation of official website customer support
- For your inquiry, please contact us through the customer support on the official website.

- End Date of Official Website Customer Support : January 24th, 2022

As the change of publishing ownership, the game play will be available after the agreement on ‘EULA’ while launching Bless Unleashed PC.
