“Permanent Account Ban” is currently being applied against those illegal program users who ruin the fairness of the gaming environment.

We have banned accounts based on our internal detection system and the reports from users, and here we share a list of some banned users.

A server patch was performed at around November 10th, 15:30 (PST) / November 11th, 00:30 (CET) as a response to issues found in the current game version.

[h3][PVP][/h3]
- Added S-tier new equipment ‘Secondary Weapon’, ‘Helm’, ‘Shoulder’, ‘Belt’, ‘Gloves’, ‘Shoes’ to the sales list of Sen/Vos'Elan Faction Merchant.

[h3][Dungeon][/h3]
- The drop rate of S-tier equipment in Lv.35 Time Dungeon has been increased by 50% from the previous rate.

[h3][Item][/h3]
■ Material
- Increased the respawning amount of Gathering nodes.

[h3][Event][/h3]
- Added “Delicate Repair Tools”, A-tier Repair Tools, to the sales list of Limited Merchant.

[h3][UI/UX][/h3]
- Implemented a grace period for purchasing items from Guild Depot since joining a Guild.
* When a player joins a Guild, the player can purchase items at Guild Depot after the grace period.
* Grace period varies depending on the item of Guild Depot, and the grace period is displayed in Guild Depot.

[h3][Marketplace][/h3]
- Adjusted the maximum and minimum selling price in the Marketplace for some items.
- If there is a certain gap between the average market price and the listed selling price, the delaying period for listing is decreased to 1/5 compared to the previous period.

[h3][Monster][/h3]
- Changed the respawning time of Lv.26 and higher level field bosses to 30 minutes.
* Target : Soulraiser Revenant, Osis, Ursa Champion, Phantom Duke, Bone Dragon

[h3][Fixed Bugs][/h3]
- Fixed a bug where the Invasions reward of Ivory Dunes was provided for the Invasions reward of Beoran.
- Fixed a bug for Priest where when “Protection and Sacrifice” effect is applied by “Shield of Faith” after equipping “Mark of the Wolf” and “Blades of Contrition” is used without aiming the target character, the Priest’s HP is not decreased and the cooldown is not applied.

We apologize for the sudden Marketplace access restriction made on November 10th around 2:20 PST.
The action had to be made as the server issue was expected to occur due to the internal error of Marketplace.

We have found the cause of the instability in the Marketplace and fixed it.
However, as maintenance is required to apply the fixes, it will be back to normal after the [November 10th Patch] we mentioned.

For the listing fee of those items that were listed but not sold due to the temporary closure of Marketplace, it will be returned early next week via Mail after investigation.

We once again apologize for the inconvenience due to the sudden Marketplace restriction.

We will make efforts to provide a stable service.

We will be undergoing maintenance to improve service quality.

- Major Maintenance Details:

1. Respawning interval of the field unique bosses will be slightly shorter.
2. The amount of Gathering nodes will be slightly increased.
3. Drop rate of S-tier equipment in Lv.35 Time Dungeon will be increased.
4. S-tier equipment(‘Secondary Weapon’, ‘Helm’, ‘Shoulder’, ‘Belt’, ‘Gloves’, ‘Shoes’) will be added to the sales list of Battlefield Merchant.
5. [Weekly Enhancement Support Event - November] A-tier Repair Tools(Not tradable) will be added to the sales list of Limited Merchant.

[h3][PVP][/h3]
- Lowered the price of S-tier Weapon and Armor items from “Sen/Vos'Elan Faction Merchant”.
- S Weapon : 300k Victory Tokens -> 100k Victory Tokens
- S Armor : 200k Victory Tokens -> 75000 Victory Tokens
* The price of these items are currently displayed in a discounted type, but it will only show the adjusted price after the update next week.
* If you purchased these items with the price before maintenance, Victory Tokens will be returned to your character as much as the difference.

[h3][Fixed Bugs][/h3]
- Fixed a bug where the cooldown of some skills that can be charged 2 times or more was abnormally short.


[h2][November 5th - Known Issues][/h2]
- The causes of the known issues have been identified and will be fixed through a later patch.

◆ There is an issue where when a chargeable skill is charged for the first time after switching channels or entering the world, the “Cooldown Reduction” effect is not applied.
* It’s applied properly after the first charge.

◆ There is currently an issue where the name of “Ember of Paetion (Legendary)” is displayed incorrectly.
- Incorrect Name : Paetion Kindling Spirit (Legendary)
- Correct Name : Ember of Paetion (Legendary)
