Maintenance Content[/p][p]1.      Routine server maintenance[/p][p]2.      Improved wording for Exchange Fee Discount Coupons[/p][p]3.      Priest Class Adjustments[/p][p]       [/p][p]Skill: Holy Flame[/p][p]·          Now applies a Defense Break effect, reducing the target’s defense.[/p][p]·          After casting, the target receives a 12-second Defense Break debuff.[/p][p]·          The effect scales with skill level, up to a maximum of 25%:[/p][p]·          Only one Defense Break effect can exist at a time.
