First of all, thank you for supporting Bless Unleashed PC's official launch.

We would like to express our apologies for the inconvenience caused to users during the initial launch due to a sudden crowd of users.

Currently, procedures have been completed to ensure that there is no inconvenience in playing the game by expanding the Dream Dungeon server.


As an expression of our apology for in-game inconvenience we will be providing some rewards.

[h3]1. Steam overlay crashes the game.[/h3]
- If the Steam overlay crashes the game, kindly deactivate the overlay in Steam.

▶ Deactivating Steam Overlay

Steam Library > Bless Unleashed > Properties > General > Turn off “Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game”




[h3]2. Issue of Lumena from Founder’s Pack[/h3]
- Once you receive the Lumena item of Founder’s Pack from Premium Bag, the Lumena item is not supposed to appear in Premium Bag of other regions/servers, but currently it appears.

It is normal that Lumena cannot be received again once it’s received.
We are preparing for deleting those Lumena so as not to confuse players.


We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will make efforts to give you a better service.

For the users who participate in Global CBT from the second half of 2020, you can receive CBT rewards if you play with the account you used during CBT.

- After Steam Official Launch, rewards will be given to the account you used during CBT at the game access stage.
- Buffs are effective at the access stage.
- Reward items will be given to your Premium Bag after creating a character.

1) Accounts created in the Steam platform / Accounts created in Steam platform and linked to the official website
: Rewards will be given to your Premium Bag of all servers at the game access stage.
: Menu > Bag > Premium Items

2) Accounts participated in CBT via official website
: After Steam Official Launch on August 6th, a reward coupon will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your official account.
