We would like to share an update regarding the changes to the Founder's Packs mentioned previously.

Through today's maintenance, users who purchased any of the Founder's Packs can receive the DLC components in all regions/servers aside from the initial region/server in which they received the rewards.
(Lumena and Premium Benefits not included)

We apologize once again for the confusion in relation to the Founder's Packs during our initial launch.

As some issues were found, a server patch has been performed on August 10th around 17:00 (PDT).

■ Patch Notes[/h3]

1. Fixed an issue where players couldn’t receive Mails for level-up rewards and quest clear rewards of “Collect Welcome Tickets!” event.
   
2. The target fish for the quest Touch of Syrania 2 has been changed from Pinkspot Crimson Seabream to Cigar Wrasse.
   - Although the quest description and text still says Pinkspot Crimson Seabream, the actual fish required is the Cigar Wrasse. (Quest description/text will be fixed at a later time)
   
   
3. Fixed an issue where the description of “PvE Gold Boost Ticket” was displayed for “PvE Combat XP Boost Ticket”.

As “ASIA region - China 1” server is currently saturated due to high traffic, there will be a limit of creating a character.
The limit applies to the only players who don’t have a character in the server.

■ Character Creation Limit
- Period
* August 10th, 2021 21:00 ~ August 15th, 2021 21:00 (PDT)
* August 11th, 2021 06:00 ~ August 16th, 2021 06:00 (CEST)
- Region: ASIA
- Server: China 1
- The limit will apply to those users who don’t have any character in China 1 and try to create a new character.



※ Note
1) Check out “Character Creation Limit” on the server selection screen.
2) After customizing a character, you can enter the character name but the character won’t be created.

China 2 & China 3 servers are now open in the ASIA region.
We recommend those players who encounter an issue in China 1 server to connect to China 2 or 3 server.
