0.7, 1.0, and Beyond


Hey everyone. As 0.7 and 1.0 draw nearer, we would like to be more interactive and keep you more updated on everything Blightbound! Whether that’s what we’re doing and thinking, or any plans/ideas we might have, or how we’ve processed the incredibly helpful feedback you have given us on the Steam forums, Steam reviews, Discord, Twitch, or anywhere else!

[h3]0.7: Final Charge[/h3]
The content for 0.7 has been finalised and the next couple of weeks will consist of testing and getting feedback from our external QA colleagues. We’ve pencilled down a release window at the end of February. If nothing goes wrong (fingers crossed!) then Update 0.7: Final Charge will release at the end of this month!

[h3]After 0.7[/h3]
Update 0.7 will be the final content update before the full release. We’re going to use the time between 0.7 and 1.0 to improve the game based on your feedback and improve and optimise Blightbound to get it ready for its full release.
We currently have a few ideas of things we would like to do between 0.7 and 1.0, and we’re very excited about these ideas internally, but they are not yet concrete, so we’ll hold off on hinting and announcing them just yet. But keep an eye on this space!

[h3]1.0 Full Release[/h3]
We would like to leave Early Access and fully release Blightbound before the end of Quarter 2 2021. We don’t have a specific release date yet, but we wish to hit that release window. We are and will be working very hard to get Blightbound ready for its 1.0 release. We are looking forward to working on all the feedback you guys will give us!

[h3]Beyond[/h3]
We have content planned for beyond 1.0 but we are not yet sure on how, or how often, that content will reach you.

🎄 Holiday Rewards 🎄 & Patch 0.6.1

- 🎉 Holidays have come to Blightbound! Rewards from bounties are tripled for the holiday season! 🥳

[h3]Tutorial[/h3]
- The game no longer shows tutorial popups for tabs that have not yet been unlocked.

[h3]Gameplay[/h3]
- Haäken can no longer spawn in the encounter just before Hemog, at the end of The Hemomancer.
- Fixed a rare, unintended issue where no boulders would spawn in the second and/or third arena during the boss fight against Khuliath.

[h3]Refuge[/h3]
- The merchant refresh button no longer takes more than 1 game to be enabled.
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from progressing Korrus’ personal goal.

[h3]Interface[/h3]
- The chat window no longer closes when dragging the scrollbar.

Update 0.6: Blight Smugglers



It was touch and go if we were going to release this ambitious update before the holiday season, but we made it! 🎉

In this update, we introduced a new hero: Bu the Nimble. You get the opportunity to unlock Bu and complete her story arc. If you have trouble unlocking and progressing her story, hop on our friendly Discord, there are many folks who are willing and eager to help you out!

Achievements! We have added achievements to Steam. Whether you are a hunter or a casual player, there is something for everyone! Be sure to @ us on socials, Discord, Steam, reddit and show off your proudest achievements!

We’ve also made changes and improvements on the tutorials, menus, and in-game items, specifically low-tier items.

If you encounter any bugs or have any feedback, please do not hesitate to report them, the best place to do it is on the Ronimo Games Discord. 👍

Below are the new additions and changes:
• New Assassin Hero: Bu the Nimble. A young scion of the Motonaga clan and the heir to her family’s crime empire.
