Game Festival: Intro to devs

Greetings fellow fans of the horror genre. I'm not one for typing an essay so I'll just start with we're a team of two. I'll use our in game alias. So Savage and I (BuddhaChrist) decided we wanted to make a game last year. We wanted to start small, and we were the developing the game while also learning about game development. This game is result of just under a year of self-teaching ourselves Unreal Engine 4. We hope you enjoy the little universe we created, and we're looking forward to reading/seeing/hearing everyone's thoughts on our game. We know it's not revolutionary to the genre but we still believe it's an experience you can enjoy in the dark alone or playing alongside a friend.

We hope you pass the Tests. Both in game, and school.

Demo Update: 5

We finally have a proper entrance to the academy.

The classrooms level was horrible on framerate so we rebuilt it from scratch with a different method. On our end we were getting between 50-80 frames on a 1070 at high setting. With the rebuild we're getting 90+ frames with the same settings. (Let us know if you're getting any consistent frame issues)

Flashlight's impact on performance has been reduced.

Fixed some bugs. If there are any issues with losing control of your mouse(in game) please contact us right away. It appears to be a common issue where certain interactions can cause some funky things to your controls.

Small demo update: Bug fixes

- Loading a save from an older version of the game may cause performance issues so it'd be best to start a new game.

Bug Notice: Important for those who've already played. (New players, disregard)

Step 1: Type "%localappdata%" into your windows search bar.
