We had a lot of fun with the release of our new map The Carnival and the Halloween event, and we're back to keep the party going! Our annual Christmas event will run from NOW until 10am PT on 2nd January 2026. Read on to find out what's included in the update.
[/p][h2]Unique Unlockable Outfits[/h2]

[p]Players will have the opportunity to unlock Ice Wraith, a Jack Frost-inspired outfit for Sam. Our lead artist really went all out on this one, and we think it's one of DEVOUR's most unique skins yet. Even better, you can unlock it for free during the event if you beat any map on Hard or Nightmare while playing as Sam. Need some gameplay tips or a team to play with? Drop a message in our Discord server![/p]

[h3]Ice Wraith[/h3][p]
You'll also be able able to unlock this unique, bloody Christmas Robe by collecting the 70 presents hidden across all 7 maps (10 on each map).


Once unlocked, both of the above outfits will remain available to you after the Christmas event has ended.

Speaking of outfits, our possessed cultusts are feeling extra festive this year so we thought we'd give them all a classic Santa hat (yes, even spider Zara...)

[/p][h2]EXP Boost[/h2][p]Take on the forces of darkness this Christmas and enjoy a 1.5x EXP boost for the duration of the event.

We hope you had a great spooky season!

Now that another successful Halloween Event has finished, we want to take a moment to thank players for their fantastic response to the recent release of our new map, The Carnival. We've had a great time watching your streams and uploads and seeing your reactions to demonic clown Kai, his (persistent) monkey minions, and the creepy puppet dolls. This is the most fun we've had making a map and it's been awesome to see you all jump, laugh and scream at what The Carnival has to offer, including some fun easter eggs (have you UV'd the shooting ranges yet?) [/p][p]This is our busiest time of year, and up next is our annual Christmas Event, which we're currently working on. The event will run from 10am PT on 6th December 2025 through to 2nd January 2026. You'll be able to unlock the special Christmas robe if you don't already own it, and there will be the usual EXP boost for the event's duration. Our lead artist has also been working on an incredible, unlockable new outfit for Sam for the event - check it out our latest render below:
