Whether you're looking to catch up, dive deeper, or just see what your fellow players are up to, this is the place.[/p][p][/p]
More Vault Hunter Content, Please!
[p]It’s been “Amonlands” all week, and we've loved seeing all the hype and feedback about our Viking boy. While we know you’re all ready for “Harlowelands,” let’s do one more recap of our favorite Forgeknight:[/p][p]
These two gameplay-focused videos showcase Amon’s skills and abilities, along with a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of his complex class kit that revolves around Forgeweapons:[/p]
[dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink]
[p]Amon's Character Short "Demons" features his retelling of a run-in with a Vault-obsessed cult much like the one he survived: [/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink] [/p]
We’re Going to Gamescom!
[p]Gamescom, located in Cologne, Germany, is the biggest video game convention in the WORLD, and we’re giving the show a taste of Kairos. The Borderlands Team will be at Gamescom all weekend, where fans can get hands-on gameplay as ALL FOUR VAULT HUNTERS for the first time! We’ll be located in Hall 6, Booth B011 from August 20-24, and we cannot WAIT to see you there![/p][p][/p][p]
[/p]
Cosplay Guides are HERE!
[p]To all our amazing Cosplayers - we know you’ve been waiting for the official Vault Hunter cosplay guides, and we are so excited to share them with you! You can find them on our website's Community hub, and we can’t wait to see what incredible creations come out of it![/p][p]
[/p][p][/p][p][/p]
Behind the Team: Lo Daniels, Borderlands 4 Qualitative Analyst
[p]Every week, we’re spotlighting one of the minds behind the mayhem. You’ll get to learn about folks from both Gearbox and 2K, and how each person who touches the game both influences and is influenced by Borderlands 4. This week, we're talking with one of 2K’s Qualitative Analysts, Lo Daniels:[/p][p][/p][p]What advice would you give someone who wants to get into game QA?[/p][p]Lo Daniels: When I was much younger, I always knew I wanted a job in QA - but the people around me would constantly tell me to focus on getting a "real job" (back then, video game careers were not taken very seriously). This feedback from my friends kept me from pursuing that dream for a long time.[/p][p]Once I finally decided to go for it, I immediately felt the level of fulfillment that I had always expected. My advice to all of you out there is this: If video game QA is something you truly want to do as a career, then go for it and don't let anyone stop you. Knowing how something works makes it easier to break, so learn everything you can about video games. Also, learn the difference between playing, testing, and playtesting.[/p][p][/p][p]What makes testing a Borderlands game different from other types of games?[/p][p]Lo: Unlike other games I've tested, this one is an emotional investment, so it took some extra effort to get locked in. When the original Borderlands released, I was working a dead-end retail job that felt like a soulless grind. At the end of my days, I would get home, load up BL1, and lose myself in the endless pursuit of power and riches. I’ve been a fan of the series ever since.[/p][p]Being in the credits of a Borderlands title has always been on my QA bucket list, and when I started working on BL4, it was hard to not feel super overwhelmed at first. Here I was, just some guy, tasked with ensuring the quality of one of the most influential looter shooters of all time, one that I had this deep emotional connection to... It was a lot to take in.[/p][p][/p][p]Who is going to be your main in Borderlands 4 and why?[/p][p]Lo: Everyone. I love all my Vault Hunters equally, but Harlowe will most likely be my first playthrough. She was the first Vault Hunter I picked. She’s skilled, determined, and always willing to help others with whatever it is they are trying to accomplish. These are qualities that I like to think I have myself which is why I... gravitated towards her *wink*.[/p][p]
[/p][p][/p]
Community Creative Corner
[p]Our community members aren’t just gamers—many of you are also artists. Whether it’s cosplay, digital art, or some yet-to-be-invented medium, we’re your biggest fans. Check out this week’s hand-picked fan creations:[/p][p][/p]
Kolbasos
[p][/p]
rdbrainz
[p]
[/p][p][/p][p]That’s it for this week—more updates, more chaos, and maybe a few surprises coming next Friday. Until then: keep your ECHOnet tuned and your loot luck high.[/p][p]Happy Hunting,
The Borderlands Team[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][dynamiclink][/dynamiclink][/p][p][/p][p]

Borderlands 4 Amon build, skill tree, and abilities

What are all of Amon's skills and abilities in Borderlands 4? Swords, fists, hammers, shields. You name anything in the melee weapon department, and Amon probably has it in his arsenal. Whether he's hoisting his shield to protect his allies or slinging axes at anyone unfortunate enough to get in his way, Amon only knows one direction: forward.

Of all the Borderlands 4 characters, Amon is arguably the hardest to master in the multiplayer game. Alongside his standard action skills, Amon's Vault Hunter trait grants him a secondary layer of abilities, Forgeskills, that provide bonus utility that'll take some extra time to get to grips with. Below you'll find all you need to know about Amon in Borderlands 4, including a rundown of his action skills, skill tree, capstones, and more.
