Recently, in Game Update 7.7.1 “Flashpoint Resurgence”, we made several updates to lift the limitations of the Free-to-Play (F2P) experience.   • [p]Artifact Authorization - If a player is wearing gear that requires Artifact Authorization, they can continue to use that level of gear so long as they do not unequip it. Should they remove that gear from their character, they will either need to purchase the Artifact Equipment Authorization item or become a Subscriber again to equip the gear.  [/p]
  • [p]Depending on when their subscription lapsed, a player will retain access to unlocked story content, and the max level of that expansion cycle. [/p]
    • [p]Example: If a player's subscription lapsed during the Onslaught expansion, their characters could go up to level 75 and they could play all story up through Onslaught.[/p]
    • [p]F2P can only reach the current max level by purchasing a Master’s Datacron[/p]

They can be exchanged at a vendor on the Fleet for a variety of rewards such as previously retired emotes, pets, and toys, 340 Rakata gear, experience boosts, supply crates, and a droid customization that is inspired by K-2SO from the Disney+ series Andor™.
