Twitch Drops are now enabled, so be sure to connect your Twitch account to your SWTOR account through your account page on the SWTOR website. Beginning 7.5.1 launch, players can accrue watch time to unlock the Orlean Voidstream Mount. Players can accrue watch time to earn this mount when 7.5.1 goes live. It will be unlocked after 4 hours of watch time and earnable for 30 days following 7.5.1 launch.

Galactic Seasons 7 (GS7) is called The Greatest Bounty. The Bounty Contract Event will be enabled for the duration of GS7 and will feature the Dark vs Light (DvL) World Bosses! These bosses will be added to the weekly objectives. The DvL currency and vendors will be making a return.

GS7 rewards include new titles, the Brynjak and Superior Hunter Armors, the Furious and Temperamental Brynjak Mounts, themed weapons, and white Loth-cat kitten pet and more!

New rewards will be coming to the Feast of Prosperity event! The Regal Chandelier Vessel, Banquet Table, Grill Bar, Banquet Rug, and Grill Barstool decorations will be added to the list of rewards that can be earned when the event is live later in the Fall.

The next batch of Date Night missions are on their way! Vette and Aric Jorgan’s Date Night missions will be debuting with 7.5.1.These Date Night Missions will be available for Troopers and Sith Warriors in active post-KotFE romances. Rewards include a Title, Achievement, and unique Decoration.

Get ready for the Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event!

The Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event begins today! During the next six weeks, players can test their luck and earn new rewards such as the High Stakes Squadron Helmet!

Some adjustments have been made this year to how the machines work and how the Lucky and Good Karma buffs affect plays. Be sure to read up on all the details here!

Players with a keen eye will notice that modernization has begun on Nar Shaddaa! The first updates are to the slot machines around the planet, in the Nightlife event, and even in your Strongholds if you have them as Decorations.

They’re packing the stands, eager to take their minds off their troubles and cheer their favorite swoop gangs. The bikers are here to take on dangerous challenge courses, show off their piloting skills, and flaunt their souped-up swoop bikes. The thunder of the engines, the deafening applause from the fans, the wind battering their helmets… there’s no bigger rush for these thrill seekers.

Despite their reputation as wild rebels whose makeshift courses disregard local districting restrictions, swoop gangs aren’t a serious threat to anyone--something all true swoop fans know! They just love adrenaline-pounding speed, sweet jumps, and big explosions, and the All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally combines all three in one crowd-pleasing package. The biggest gangs on the circuit — Horizon’s Razor, the Pit Screamers, and the Blatant Beks — are ready to show their fans a great time.

Rakghoul Resurgence on Alderaan Date: July 23-July 30 (BEGINS AND ENDS AT 12:00PM GMT)
Requirement: Level 25+

The Hyland Organization for Rakghoul Neutralization (T.H.O.R.N.) has issued an official level-2 emergency alert concerning an outbreak of the Rakghoul plague on Alderaan. Quarantines have been put in place to restrict traffic of the plague off-world, but exceptions will be made for individuals with priority clearance.

T.H.O.R.N. is recruiting qualified volunteer emergency responders to travel to affected areas to combat the spread of the Rakghoul plague. More information about the outbreak can be found by checking the News Terminals on the Republic or Imperial Fleet!

T.H.O.R.N. wishes to remind you that plague symptoms can be treated if they are identified in the early stages of infection. Whether or not you have travel plans, please consult your nearest trusted medical supply droid and get vaccinated!

Hi folks!

June 2024 is upon us, and this marks not only the second quarter of the year, but also our one year anniversary with Broadsword Online Games. In the past year, we’ve pushed out five content updates and 11 patches, a new APAC server, and collaborated with Lucasfilm Games to bring Ahsoka and The Acolyte inspired items to the game. And there’s much more coming! First let’s take a look at what we’ve done since Q1 and then I can give you a glimpse into what’s coming up next.

Q2 Highlights

The month of May is always a fun time for anyone who is a fan of Star Wars™! We celebrated Star Wars™ Day by releasing a droid mini-pet inspired by The Phantom Menace in celebration of the film’s 25th Anniversary!



We also hosted the Game Update 7.5 livestream in early May to give players a glimpse into the content that would be coming with the “Desperate Defiance” update.

What’s in Game Update 7.5?

In short, a lot! Not only does 7.5 contain the next story arc, but we also introduced a new seasonal event, PvP Season 6 “Great Pirate Hunt, new player customizations, and a Venture system that would allow players to obtain their very own Basilisk War Droid companion.

In the story content, players will be teaming up with Sa’har Kateen to retrieve Darth Nul’s holocron and the choices made will help shape her path as a Padawan. Players will be returning to Hutta, and the art team took the opportunity to modernize the origin planet. Various textures and environments have been updated and a new area, the Minboosa District, has been built for the new story content.

Subscribers who have completed Lane Vizla’s story missions can now embark on a Venture system that provides them an opportunity to train a Basilisk Prototype named B3-S1 and eventually obtain her as a full-fledged companion. Fully training B3-S1 will unlock all of her abilities and final appearance.



The start of PvP Seasons will now be tied directly to game updates going forward. PvP Season 6 "Great Pirate Hunt" began with Game Update 7.5, and players can begin to earn new rewards such as the Cosmic Corsair and Corsair Radiance Armor sets. More details about PvP Season 6 can be found here.

The Dantooine Spring Abundance Festival event has been added to SWTOR’s annual schedule, completing the seasonal event calendar. Players gain access to Blba Groves on Dantooine where they must take care of a new farmstead. This year's event has concluded, but while the event is active, players can partake in fun missions such as harvesting and cultivating plants, baking and sample pies, rehabilitating injured or abandoned animals and more!

Game Update 7.5 also gave us a chance to collaborate with our friends at Lucasfilm Games to bring items inspired by The Acolyte to the Cartel Market. This was a phenomenal opportunity for us as we are the only Star Wars title in existence to have The Acolyte inspired by items in-game.



And that brings us to today.

We’ll be hosting the 7.5.1 developer livestream sometime in July/August to reveal the next batch of Date Night Missions and details on Galactic Seasons 7. This stream will also be the first time we enable the Twitch Drops program, so be sure to tune in for more details!

The Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event will be live on July 9th and lucky players will be able to obtain the new High Stakes Squadron Helmet from the Emperor's Grace machine!
