The second season of Galactic Seasons starts with the new Legacy of the Sith expansion. As mentioned in the Galactic Seasons 2 ‘Shadows of the Underworld’ article, the Daily and Weekly Season Objectives will be communicated on a month-to-month basis. Here is the list of the Season Objectives from March 8th - April 5th, 2022.

The doors for the R-4 Anomaly Operation have opened on the Public Test Server! Players can now experience and give their initial thoughts on three of the bosses they will encounter throughout the Operation. In order to access this content on the PTS:

• Copy your level 80 character over to the Public Test Server.
  
• Head to Mek-Sha's Slugfall Harbor area.
  
• The northernmost ship dock will have a PTS Gear Vendor to get you equipped for the Operation. The entrance to which will be located at the end of the same pier.
  

Other updates will also be available to test on the PTS in the following weeks, including the remaining bosses for the R-4 Anomaly Operation and Manaan Daily area. Stay tuned for more PTS updates!

Bounty Contract Week Date: March 8th - 15th, 2022 (BEGINS AND ENDS AT 12:00PM GMT)
Requirement: Level 15+

The All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally Date: March 22nd - 29th, 2022 (BEGINS AND ENDS AT 12:00PM GMT)

New Storyline

Manaan

The Sith Empire has invaded Manaan to seize its abundance of kolto, a vital medical resource on all sides of the war. Battle through underwater facilities for control of the planet with separate Imperial and Republic storylines.

Elom

The story continues on the planet Elom with the discovery of a ruined Sith fortress that was mysteriously erased from all records. Rumors persist that Darth Malgus--on the hunt for ancient relics throughout the galaxy--may have found something critical to the future of the Jedi and the Sith. This new storyline will be available both as a solo experience as well as a multiplayer Flashpoint!

Galactic Seasons 2 - ‘Shadows of the Underworld’

Combat Styles

Itemization revamp

We’ve made changes to the itemization system to offer players new experiences and ways to obtain gear. These changes ensure that players have the gear they need to play the content they want and that they can grow their power over time. More information here.

Legendary Items

Increased Level Cap

The level cap has increased to 80 for all subscribers in Legacy of the Sith.

Loadouts

This new interface allows you to create pre-sets for your gear, weapons, appearance, abilities, and quickbars to easily switch between different playstyles for different situations.

Ten-Year Anniversary

As part of our celebration, the “Anniversary Personnel” Vendor will be available on the Fleet until January 2023. Their inventory has been updated to include new rewards and the Best View of SWTOR contest decorations.

With our new expansion, Legacy of the Sith, we’re launching the second season of Galactic Seasons, ‘Shadows of the Underworld’! Similar to Galactic Seasons 1: The Stranger from Kubindi, Season 2 will give players the opportunity to earn new and exciting rewards through two different tracks: the Free Reward track or the Subscriber Reward track. Subscribers will have access to both tracks as they progress through the Season. Players can progress through these reward tracks by completing Daily and Weekly Season Objectives.

Throughout the first Season, you all provided a ton of great feedback that has helped us shape and refine how the Galactic Seasons system looks and feels. Let’s dive into those changes!

What has changed compared to the previous Season?

Priority Objectives are now “Season Objectives”
To add more clarity and avoid confusion with other kinds of Objectives, Priority Objectives will now be called “Season Objectives.”

Moving Season Objectives into their Own Tab
With Season 2, we will be moving Season Objectives out of the greater Conquest Objectives list and putting them into their own tab within the Conquest Window.

When opening the Conquest window, players will see two tabs: one for Conquest Objectives and a second for Season Objectives. By clicking on the Season Objectives window, players will be able to see the list of Season Objectives they have available to them, which objectives they have completed, how many they have completed, and which objectives they still have available to complete.

Daily Emphasis is shifting to Weekly Emphasis

In an effort to alleviate the stress of daily participation, and to provide all players more time to plan their Galactic Seasons, week both for themselves and their friends, we are shifting the distribution method of Season Objectives. With Season 2, players will be provided a single Daily Season Objective and 10 Weekly Season Objectives throughout the Season, with the Weekly Season Objectives containing the majority of the points needed to progress the Season.

Season Objectives Are No Longer Randomized

Season Objectives will no longer be randomly granted to players. In order to provide a clearer picture and offer a better opportunity to plan out their participation, all players will be given the same 10 Weekly Season Objectives.

Choose Any 7 Weekly Structure

To provide greater flexibility in Season Objective options, players will only need to complete 7 out of the 10 Weekly Season Objectives. Once a player has completed their chosen 7 Weekly Season Objectives, the other 3 will then become locked out for the remainder of the week. We want to provide players a way to earn as many Galactic Seasons Points as possible each week while participating in the Objectives they find the most appealing.

Daily Season Objectives is Now Earning Conquest Points

The Daily Objective will no longer ask players to complete specific content. Instead, the Daily Objective now simply requires the player to earn a small amount of Personal Conquest points! Our goal is to provide players the flexibility to continue playing Star Wars: The Old Republic however they wish on a day-to-day basis while still making progress in the Season.

Reputation track: The Shadow Syndicate

Season 2 will introduce a new Reputation track: The Shadow Syndicate, an Underworld Syndicate led by the Season 2 Companion, Fen Zeil.

Once a prominent organization on Nar Shaddaa, tensions between the Shadow Syndicate and the Exchange, as well as unchecked infighting, led to their downfall. Fen, who has a long history in the underworld scene, has established himself as the new figurehead and is looking to bring about a new Shadow of the Underworld--with your help.

Players can assist Fen Zeil and the Shadow Syndicate by redeeming Underworld Syndicate Plans earned by completing Season Objectives, participating in Flashpoints, Operations, and Uprisings, and by defeating enemies throughout the galaxy. Turning these plans over to the Shadow Syndicate on Nar Shaddaa will allow players to progress in this new Reputation track.

Players will also be able to trade large quantities of Jawa Junk for Jawa Intel--just see the Informative Jawa located in a non-discrete location of the Cartel Bazaar on the Imperial and Republic Fleets. Using Jawa Intel will temporarily increase the chances of obtaining additional Underworld Syndicate Plans from enemies throughout the galaxy.

Seasonal Rewards

Similar to Season 1, Galactic Seasons 2: ‘Shadows of the Underworld’ is divided into two Reward Tracks: one that is free and available for all players regardless of their Subscription status and another for Subscribers.

Galactic Seasons vendors

Our Galactic Seasons vendors will also be back for this new Season. Players can purchase previously available Subscriber and limited-time rewards from Jaleit Nall, the Classic and Non-Seasonal Rewards vendor. Ki’at Thavo, the Seasonal Rewards vendor, will have an updated inventory with new Season 2 rewards.

New Jaleit Nall Rewards

Season 2 will add new items to Jaleit Nall’s inventory! Each Rotation Group will be active for 1 week and then cycle out for 3 weeks. These weekly rotations will occur during our weekly reset at 12:00AM GMT. You can find more information on Jaleit’s Rotation in this forum post.













New Ki’at Thavo Rewards

Once the Season concludes, Ki’at’s inventory will open to everyone, giving the opportunity for Subscribers to purchase rewards they might have missed. Ki’at Thavo’s inventory is Seasonal, and will completely refresh with all new rewards at the start of the next Season.

FAQ

How much can I level up Fen Zeil?

With all of the Companion gifts between the two reward tracks, Subscribers who reach level 100 will be guaranteed to have Fen Zeil at Rank 50 Influence by the end of the Season.

How can I level Fen Zeil outside of Galactic Seasons?

Just as with other Companions, sending Fen Zeil on Crew Skill missions will increase his Influence. Additionally, the Commander’s Compendium will also increase his influence to Rank 50.

I got Fen Zeil to Rank 50 Influence on my main character, but what about leveling him on other characters?

If you are a Subscriber, you will be eligible to earn 2 Shadow Compendiums through the Subscriber Reward Track! Just like a Commander’s Compendium, this item can be used to instantly raise Fen Zeil’s Influence to Rank 50. Additionally, once you have reached Rank 50 Influence with Fen Zeil, you will unlock a new Legacy Unlock that allows you to purchase Fen’s companion gifts with Credits. Visit Jaleit Nall, located in the Galactic Seasons alcove on the Fleet, to purchase the gifts.
