Update 1.26.7 brings several key improvements to Way of the Hunter. PC players can now enjoy FSR2 and DLSS presets for better visual quality and performance. Multiplayer features a location ping system, join and leave notifications, and an upgraded server browser with map details and difficulty levels.



We’ve also improved the herd management info on the hunting map, made the encyclopedia more user-friendly, and refined HUDless mode for a more immersive experience. Additionally, we’ve fixed several bugs, including shotgun reload issues, audio glitches, and floating trees in Transylvania - for more details, please check the patch notes below.

[h3]Enhanced Hunting Map UI
[/h3]With this update, we're introducing an enhanced Hunting Map UI, providing clearer insights into animal herds, their habitats, and the impact of your hunting activities. This update makes herd management more accessible by allowing players to track herd fitness over time and see how their hunting choices affect populations. Previously, manual note-taking was required, but now, after each in-game year, you can easily view herd fitness levels on the map, helping to refine your strategy for more effective and sustainable management.
