(Test Branch) Patch 0.4.0
Patch 0.4.0 is now available on our test branch! I've decided to release this patch on a separate branch that you must opt-into before you can download it. The reason for this is because I made some significant changes to the way saving/loading works, along with decoration management to optimize the game. I've tested these changes out on a lot of different save files, but I want to be 100% confident that no one will run into any major issues with this patch.
In order to download the patch, please do the following:
1) Make a backup of your save folder. You'll find it in C:\\Users\\YOUR_USERNAME\\AppData\\Local\\SiralimUltimate. Save the entire "save" folder somewhere else on your computer. Please do not skip this step.
2) In your Steam Library, right-click Siralim Ultimate, go to Properties, then the "BETAS" tab. Enter the code "siralimultimate". Click the "check code" button and then you should be able to select "test" from the list of betas in the dropdown menu.
3) Patch 0.4.0 should download automatically now. If not, restart Steam.
Unless some major issues appear, I will move this patch to the main branch tomorrow. Please let me know on our support board if you run into any issues!

IMPORTANT: This patch includes a balance pass on traits, spells, perks, relics, and status effects. These changes are all included in the comments section of this post because we reached the maximum character limit for this one. In addition, your perk points have been reset because so many of them have a different amount of ranks and point costs as a result of these changes.
Patch Notes
- ADD: The first wave of achievements have been added to the game. Many of these will be awarded to you retroactively, but others won't be. You won't permanently miss out on any of them for playing during alpha testing, though. Expect to get spammed with hundreds of achievements when you load your save file if you're pretty far into the game.
- ADD: Achievement Points increase the amount of Piety you'll earn from all sources.
- ADD: New currency: Notoriety. This is now earned from the gambling dwarf games instead of Piety, resources, etc.
- ADD: Gambling Dwarf Shop. The gambling dwarves now sell creatures, inscriptions, decorations, and other items in exchange for your Notoriety. More will be added to this shop over time.
- ADD: 13 new Prophecies.
- ADD: "Loot Display Filter" gameplay option. This has three settings: "None" is the default setting and makes the loot window behave the way it always has. "Normal" shows rare items in the loot window and other items are shown as hovering text on the left side of the screen. "Strict" only shows Cards and Nether Stones in the loot window and all other items are shown as hovering text on the left side of the screen. Note that this option doesn't prevent you from obtaining any items - it only changes the way they're presented to you when you pick them up. This option only works for loot acquired in realms.
- ADD: Menagerie options: Remove the Artifacts from all the creatures at the Menagerie, Remove the Spell Gems from all the creatures at the Menagerie. There are alternative options to both of these that only affect creatures that aren't in Menagerie Groups as well.
- ADD: 27 new plushes.
- ADD: You can now press F while placing a floor tile to increase its size anywhere from 1x to 5x.
- ADD: Codex now tells you where you can purchase each type of spell gem dust from the gods.
- ADD: "Status Effects" section of Codex now lists the default duration of buffs/debuffs, as well as the chance for a minion to leave at the start of their master's turn.
- ADD: Codex and Bestiary now show the number of legendary materials you own that correspond to the selected trait.

- ADD: You can now sort the Divination Candle interface by "Card Owned".
- ADD: You can now sort the "Spells" reference list in the Codex by "Name" or "Class".
- ADD: Nether Stones and Cards now have unique frames in the loot window to help them stand out better.
- ADD: Project interface for "Pilgrimages" now shows your Favor Rank with the selected god.
- ADD: Reliquary "Awaken/Empower" interface now shows which stat is granted a bonus for relics that you haven't awakened yet.
- ADD: Socket, Unsocket, Upgrade Artifact, and Brand interfaces now show the creature's name that owns an artifact if it is equipped.
- ADD: Arena Shop now sells Small, Medium, and Large treasure chests. There is no benefit to choosing a particular size, but if you have a lot of Glory to spend, you can buy more expensive chests instead of a bunch of small ones.
- ADD: Macro conditions: "Creature is lowest on Timeline", "Creature is highest on Timeline", "Creature can defend", "Creature can provoke".
- ADD: "Movement Sounds" option now plays a dull thud when you're running into a wall and a higher-pitch sound when running into any other object.

- ADD: "Spell Potency" section to the "Spell Gems" game guide in the Codex. This lists the exact values for spell description phrases such as "moderate amount of damage".

- CHANGE: Spell Gem materials have new graphics.
- CHANGE: Amber materials have new graphics, and some have new names/colors.
- CHANGE: Realm Properties and Realm Instability have been changed. At Realm Instability 0, you will never have any Realm Properties. Each point of Realm Instability adds one visible Realm Property and one hidden Realm Property to the realm.

- CHANGE: Realm property "Can't Deal Critical Damage" is now "Less Critical Chance".
- CHANGE: Realm property "Can't Defend/Provoke" is now "Can't Manually Defend/Provoke".

- CHANGE: The Goblet of Giving is now called the Goblet of Trials.

- CHANGE: You will now gain an additional item bonus multiplier in realms that are at your highest-ever realm depth. The Codex has been updated to reflect this change.
- CHANGE: Reliquary and Goblet of Giving default selections are now "cancel" so players don't accidentally randomize the goblet or turn in their prophecies prematurely. You could have just not spammed E like a maniac, but here we are.
- CHANGE: Sanctum Umbra resource nodes have a new sprite - previously, they shared the same sprite as breakable objects.
- CHANGE: Prophecy to kill a Nether Boss will no longer be given to you now that we have enough prophecies to dilute the pool. This will be re-added once Nether Bosses are implemented.

- CHANGE: Card icon no longer appears in the summoning interface.
- CHANGE: Keno now draws creatures faster.
