We’d like to provide an update on the recent Steam pricing issue involving the Ultimate and Premium Point Bundles.

Previously, DLC items purchased at incorrect prices were retrieved from affected users. However, due to issues with the Steam refund process, some users were unable to complete their refunds.

To resolve this, we’ll be reissuing the retrieved DLC items to eligible users after the maintenance on March 26. Items will be sent via the in-game mailbox.

Please note that:
- Users who already received a refund are not eligible for the reissue.
- Submitting a refund request after the reissue may result in account restrictions, in line with our policies.

As an apology, all players will receive [Selectable FS Black Pack x1] as compensation.

Dear ballers,
We have fixed the issues that occurred after the update and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please check below for the details.

[PS - Stat Boost Event Issue]
The following issues occurred due to an error in the PS Stat Boost event:
- Missions are automatically completed without any progress.
- Unlocked rewards could not be claimed

To fix this, we made the following changes:
- All Stat Boost mission progress has been reset, regardless of the previous progress before maintenance
- Players who completed the Stat Boost missions properly before maintenance will keep their progress

During the reset process, all missions except for the "Upgrade Nathan's Prestige Mission" have been reset, so players need to complete them again.
We sincerely apologize and ask for your understanding.
For Nathan-related missions, progress will automatically update based on Nathan’s current level when logging in.

[Steam - Point Bundle DLC Issue]
The prices of Ultimate Point Bundle DLC ($79.99) and Premium Point Bundle DLC ($29.99) were incorrectly set. To resolve this, we took the following actions:

1) Players who purchased the Ultimate Point Bundle for $29.99
- Requested a refund through Steam.
- Retrieved the incorrectly purchased DLC.

2) Players who purchased the Premium Point Bundle for $79.99
- Provided additional items to match the Ultimate Point Bundle
- Adjusted the 'Cumulative Payment Event' score to reflect the correct DLC price

To allow players to purchase the corrected DLC normally, we reset the purchase limit.
Since Steam handles refunds, the process may take some time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
