Dear ballers,

We have noticed that when you try to upgrade character from P3 character package, game freezes.
We have fixed the issues and change package's content from P3 Character (Skill lv.1) to P3 Character (Skill Max).

If you purchased the package but has not received it, your mail content is changed also.
Please refer below if you received the package content BEFORE the fixation

1) My character went back to P1, what happened?
-Your P3 -> P4 manuals are NOT CONSUMED. Please re-upgrade the character.

As compensation for those whom received the character before the fixation,
we have sent following items for one package purchase.
-10,000 coins
-Skill training item x30

You can receive rewards max 4 times (40,000 coins, 120 skill balls).

Please note that if you have not received the package content before the fixation, you are not eligible for this compensation as your character info is not corrupted.
