Dear Ballers,

We have identified the following issue with the Best Seller Fan Box event:
The Guaranteed P5 Character count is not accumulating for some users.

Our development team is actively working on a fix, and we will provide a separate notice once we are ready to perform maintenance and apply the patch.

Fix Details:

1. Affected Users:
Users whose Guaranteed P5 Character count did not accumulate.
Users who have not pulled a P5 Character from the Fan Box event.

2. Fix Implementation:
Your previous pull count will be properly applied to the Guaranteed Count system.
If you have pulled 125 times or more, you will receive your selected P5 Character.

Please note that if you have already obtained a P5 Character from the event, the Guaranteed Pity System will be locked automatically. In such cases, we will not adjust your Guaranteed Count, as the system is already closed.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

1) Character selection UI is now changed to tile view in the following menu :

• 1vs1
  
• 3vs3
  
• Ranked Mode
  
• Custom Mode
  

2) You can filter characters by position or bookmark. You can use this function in any character selection UI.

3) You can bookmark your preferred character anytime and anywhere except during the match.

4) You can bookmark unlimited characters!. Your bookmarked characters will be shown in the top position.

5) Character arrange priority: Currently Used Characters (up to 4) -> Bookmarked Characters -> Update Order

With this update, you can make your character choice faster and easier!

We’d like to provide an update on the recent Steam pricing issue involving the Ultimate and Premium Point Bundles.

Previously, DLC items purchased at incorrect prices were retrieved from affected users. However, due to issues with the Steam refund process, some users were unable to complete their refunds.

To resolve this, we’ll be reissuing the retrieved DLC items to eligible users after the maintenance on March 26. Items will be sent via the in-game mailbox.

Please note that:
- Users who already received a refund are not eligible for the reissue.
- Submitting a refund request after the reissue may result in account restrictions, in line with our policies.

As an apology, all players will receive [Selectable FS Black Pack x1] as compensation.
