1) If you were supposed to be SSS but have received SS rank reward:
- we have sent the missing reward based on the difference between SSS rank and SS rank rewards

2) My Rank Reward is missing:
- if you have received the Rank Reward but not redeem it from the mailbox, please go to the rank mode event page and claim it again.

2. Lobby Practice Mode Update



Play freely in Lobby Practice Mode with Jefferson!
Practice whenever and whatever you want!
Let’s check out how the lobby court changes!

1) What is Lobby Practice Mode?
- Lobby Play mode is combined with Practice With Jefferson mode
- Due to update, Practice With Jefferson option is removed from the Practice Mode.
- You can practice all characters’ skills and tactics freely!



-Just press the [Lobby Practice] button to enter the Lobby Practice mode

2) How to enjoy Lobby Practice Mode
-Practice freely with Jefferson! Jefferson can be your teammate or opponent!



- If you want to play alone, you can always remove Jefferson by pressing (Console : R-stick / Steam : M) button to change AI setting



- UI indicator and feedback system are added! Utilize various guides to practice more efficiently!
-All buff and debuff-type skills are activated in Lobby Practice Mode! Now you can use various skills to practice your tactics!

- Practice With Jefferson quest in FS Academy is changed to play Lobby Practice mode

1) Team selection limit:
- NA : 32 teams
- EU : 16 teams
- Asia : 8 teams
- If entry exceeds the team slots, we will evaluate the submission and select the eligible team

2) Tournament Details:
- NA tournament will be held on the East server. Any issue that happens because of your distance from the server location will not be handled.
- NA and EU tournaments will have a qualifier round on 9/2. You will be divided into 4 groups and only the winner can move to the final round. A detailed time schedule will be announced later.
- Asia tournament will be held from 9/9, 8 to the final.

3) Tournament Reward:
- Detailed reward information will be announced later. So stay tuned for our next update!
- Winner will get an exclusive halo accessory, tournament nametag, and most important, cash reward!
- To receive a cash reward, we may request your personal information to process our payment. If you do not want this process, you can choose points as an alternate reward.

4) Terms & Agreement
- Any usage of unauthorized programs and showing disrespectful manners towards other players is not allowed. If we find any of your ill-mannered activity during the tournament, you will be eliminated.
- Failure of participating in tournament discord (Team Leader) in time will automatically result in disqualification.
- Failure to participate in the tournament in time will automatically result in disqualification.
- If you wish to receive tournament cash rewards, you must submit a separate form containing your personal information.
- Please be aware that your ID may be exposed to our promotion video utilizing tournament matches.
