[h3]Bug Fixes[/h3]
+ Capture Points no longer desync
+ Servers now support up to 24 players
+ Servers now reload their admin list & other properities on map change
+ Proximity Mine Infinite throwing glitch fixed
+ Arena Rules have been re-written to solve some other smaller bugs
[h3]Other Fixes[/h3]
+ Arena Players are now locked out after 20 seconds of not spawning in PreRound
+ Arena Fire-wall now spawns at 3 players alive (for Team Arnea) and 2 players alive for FFA-Arena (Or 60 seconds left, which ever occurs first)
+ Respawn time in firing range set to 0 seconds
+ Spectators can now see team score & timer at the top of the screen (thank god)
+ Collision on Temple & Fortress adjusted to avoid getting stuck as frequently
+ Removed some odd pillar in the Mechanyon Map
+ Regenerated character LODs for better performance

+ Added the ability to rebind the chat button
+ Added Character-Model LOD bias settings (for lower end PCs)
+ Added more props (barrels, wenches, etc)
