How do you unlock the most iconic, well known gaming mascot's follower form, I hear you ask?!

Here's how: You can unlock the Volvy form via the ??? Mystic Seller at the end of the game.

Videogame collaborations seem to be getting increasingly common and increasingly random. Nicki Minaj in Call Of Duty? Fortnite skins based on Mexican comedy shows from the 1970s? Pentiment characters in mediaeval strategy Inkulinati? Okay, that last one makes sense. But now, a team-up between management game Cult Of The Lamb and co-op survival gem Don’t Starve Together has joined the small club of fun but sensible crossovers. Games about cults and starving stick together, you know, so both games are celebrating each other’s birthdays with free updates.

To celebrate Cult of the Lamb’s first birthday, the game will be receiving its first ever collaboration, and what an apt crossover it is. The decrepit survival game that is Don’t Starve Together will be making its way into the realm of the cultists, while the relentless wilderness of Don’t Starve Together will be privy to some new Cult-inspired cosmetics.

Announced over on Xbox Wire, the developer behind Cult of the Lamb - Massive Monster - happens to be a pretty big fan of Don’t Starve Together. Cult of the Lamb’s art director, James Pearmain, shared that they are a big fan of befriending the pigs and having them follow you: “He wondered, could he make a whole game out of that?”

Klei Entertainment shares similar sentiments when it comes to experiencing Cult of the Lamb, too. After all, both games are alike in style, sharing similar mechanics around survival and plenty of horrifying quirks to discover. “Both games have been able to take items from the other game extremely faithfully,” thanks to their similarities.

We have partnered up with the wonderful team behind Don't Starve Together, Klei Entertainment, to celebrate their 10 year anniversary by bringing a new, exciting update to Cult of the Lamb!

[h3]Spooky spiders make for fine friends! 🕷️[/h3]
Webber has made an appearance in Cult of the Lamb, and would love to join your cult!



Scroll over the text below to find out how to get Webber! When killing spiders at the base, there is a chance a skull will spawn. Bury this skull in a grave for the Webber Follower to appear! This Follower will have a trail of spidery friends following along behind. This new Follower form includes a sinister selection of variants too!

You will need to unlock this Follower first to access the new Penitence mode, and unlock the new décor!

[h3]Penitence Mode 🎮[/h3]
Arise, Lamb! Sate your ravenous hunger, and rest your weary eyes.

This is a brand new mode that brings in survival mechanics inspired by Don't Starve - Hunger, and Sleep!



When either bar is too low or empty, a mysterious timer will appear. You will take damage each time it counts down. Be sure to rest and feed your hungry little Lamb or not only will they perish, it will be game over... permanently. To play this new mode, select it when starting a new game (just like the Permadeath mode!).

The key to survival will be to manage both your Hunger and Sleep levels - they will continue to go down, even when on crusades. You will be able to abandon a crusade early, but this will come at a slight cost of some of the resources you gathered.
