What's up racers?

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in the Beta 2 online playtest during Steam Next Fest. We have now taken the online matchmaking down to work on making some improvements ahead of the 4 August release date. HOWEVER! We have some very good news to share. Due to popular demand, we will keep the offline portion of the beta running for another 2 weeks.

Your feedback has been extremely valuable to us, and it will continue to guide our decisions. If you would like to share bugs or feedback from Beta 2 with us, you can do so via Discord or our feedback form: Beta Feedback Form TGR Discord

Over 37,000 people took part in the Beta 2 during the last 10 days, and over 11 million oversized golf ball collisions took place. This makes us very excited for the release.

What's up!

There will be a period of temporary downtime on the matchmaking and TGR servers so we can provide a patch.

This is to address a few exploits and some small bugs. It's also in place to help familiarise ourselves with patching in a 'live' environment. Servers will be back online by 12:00 BST, ready for the final weekend of the TGR beta! You can still play solo mode while the servers are offline.

The servers will be down from 9:00 BST - 12:00 BST.

- Fixed some level exploits
- Fixed a leaderboard bug
- Addressed a chat panel bug

Over the past few days we have been collecting questions from the Turbo Golf Racing Discord community. We are going to be answering them while playing some online games of Turbo Golf Racing.

Turbo Golf, the racing / golf hybrid from developers Hugecalf Studios, is set to be released on Steam, Microsoft platforms and Game Pass on August 4. Announced via a swanky new trailer during the Future Games Show, players won’t have long to wait before they can take their skills behind the wheel to an unfamiliar field.

The trailer has also announced that a beta is now playable for those who want to jump in a little early. This can be downloaded on Steam, the Microsoft store, and Xbox consoles, and lasts until June 20 at 10am PT / 6PM BST.

Those who take part in the beta are set to unlock a series of exclusive items in the final game once that finally releases. This includes a beta avatar, wheels, and spoilers so you’ll be able to show off your early adoption of Turbo Golf to others in the game’s future. These items do require you to put in some work though, as they are unlocked through hitting certain level milestones during the beta period.
