We checked an anomaly where supporters are not applied correctly as saved in the presets, a feature added through the Sep. 8th maintenance.
We are now fixing the problem but unfortunately, it'll take some time for a revision to be applied in the game.

Since the said problem affects item drops in the ongoing event, we would like to share a temporary solution for the time being.

Step 1. Deselect all the supporters from a character in the character's information screen.
Step 2. Set supporters manually on the ready screen of quests (Main, Daily, Event, etc.) without using the preset feature.

The supporters will be applied correctly through the above steps.

Meanwhile, the abovementioned problem will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance in early October.
