There was an incident on August 2nd, 2022, where several users experienced a mishap where their Bingo Event progress had been reset.

Because several rewards acquired due to this mishap have already been used, we will not withdraw any items.

To compensate for the aforementioned issue, we will send all users the following items by Aug. 3rd, 2022, excluding the 2,744 users who have already used their items acquired from the error that had occurred.

8. Balance changes

The skills of the playable character 'Noah Brown' are changed as follows.

- The term in between normal attacks is shorter.
- Caroline's Malice: The appearance and the size of the skill's visual effect are changed. Increased the range of charge attack and increased the attack area and range of the last blow.
- Marauding Mandy: The appearance and the size of the skill's visual effect changed. Increased the attack area and range of the skill.
- Amanda's Exile: The appearance and the size of the skill's visual effect are changed. Increased the attack area and range of the skill.
- Juliet's Sneer: The term in between attacks is shortened. The appearance and the size of the skill's visual effect are changed. Increased the attack area of the skill.
- Robert's Revenge: The appearance and the size of the skill's visual effect are changed. Increased the number of attacks and attack area of the skill.
- Harpy's Dreamshade: The appearance and the size of the skill's visual effect are changed. Increased the attack area, range, and the number of attacks of the last blow.


9. Bug fixes and improvements in the game
- Increased the maximum capacity of the inventory from 800 to 850.
- Fixed an anomaly where 'debuff' is written in the description of a passive skill of the supporter 【UR】[Celestial Fox] Kannazuki Sora when it should be written as 'buff' in some languages.
- Fixed typos in some languages.
- Fixed an anomaly where supporter Raura Lefria's effect of its active skill is not recognized as a debuff.
- Fixed an anomaly where the bleeding effect of supporter Grani Provence is not applied to enemies who have Super Armor.
- Fixed an anomaly where some events end an hour earlier than specified.
- Fixed an anomaly where BP x10 is selectable before starting Time Attack missions.


10. Suspension of cheating users

In order to create a healthy gaming environment, we have imposed disciplinary measures on accounts found to be cheating in the game.
The following 11 accounts have been suspended due to disciplinary measures.

But, please be aware that the actual ending time is until

We've received reports on users who are taking unfair advantage of using external programs to get high scores in Time Attack or to achieve a high ranking in Battle Arena.

Hence, we will be reinforcing in-game security measures and expanding the scope of existing sanctions on cheating users, which will take effect after the maintenance scheduled on Aug. 2nd.


Who will be penalized?
- All offenders who gain unjustified advantages and scores through illicit methods and actions.


Details of sanction severity
- The following measures will be applied according to the number of times the user is caught

* Strike 1: No record in the Time Attack/Battle Arena rankings for 3 months
* Strike 2: No record in the Time Attack/Battle Arena rankings for 6 months; excluded from receiving gifts from the dev(e.g Taimanin TV, etc.)
* Strike 3 or more: Permanent account ban

- All items acquired through illicit means will be withdrawn by GREMORY GAMES Inc.

* The details of the sanction severity is subject to change without further announcement.
